Appartamento con due camere da letto e due bagni con lavatrice / asciugatrice DENTRO l'unità. Questa è una scoperta rara.
 3 piscine e vasca idromassaggio; una piscina è riscaldata, la grande piscina tropicale con isola e cabana e una piccola piscina a sfioro. La piscina riscaldata è ottima da usare anche in inverno.
I nostri bambini adorano l'isola. Adoriamo le panchine vicino alla cabana.
Complesso ha una palestra, entrambe le piscine hanno box barbecue.
Questo condominio ha un enorme balcone angolare con vista Moody Gardens e la baia e un balcone sul retro con vista sulla piscina riscaldata.
Il condominio ha una tv in entrambe le camere. Uno con un re e uno con un letto matrimoniale. C'è un letto da giorno anche nella stessa camera da letto del letto matrimoniale.
Entrambi i bagni hanno nuove combinazioni di piastrelle e doccia / vasca.
Il materasso ad aria può essere fornito per ospitare altre 2 persone per ospitare un totale di 8 persone.

L'edificio richiede a tutti gli ospiti di ottenere un pass per il parcheggio per $ 20 al momento dell'arrivo. Questa è la regola del complesso, non la nostra.
Mini golf e go kart sono proprio accanto.

Always a great Stay!

We have used this property twice for a quick stay before a cruise! It’s in a perfect location and is so easy to check in. It has pools which is great and access to the ocean right across the street. Perfect for our needs and no complaints!

•Unfortunately, the TV didn’t work during our stay because the outlets in the living room weren’t functioning.•There were no working lamps in the condo, which made the space feel dim and a bit uninviting at night.•We were only provided three trash bags for our entire stay, and just two rolls of toilet paper—this made it difficult to manage basic needs for more than a day or two.•The balcony railing feels very unstable and shaky, which raised some safety concerns.•The beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable, especially the king-size one, which has a wooden frame that digs into anyone trying to sleep in the middle.•The living room furniture isn’t practical for relaxing or gathering—it’s quite uncomfortable.•The kitchen was minimally stocked and not guest-friendly. There were only two standard-size forks, with the rest being baby forks, and many other basic utensils or cookware seemed to be missing.•The toilets didn’t flush properly, which became frustrating and inconvenient.•The dishwasher backs up into the sink while it’s running, which made us hesitant to use it at all.•We were also surprised not to have been told in advance that the building is under construction. The exterior looks very run-down, and it was a bit of a shock when we first arrived.•Lastly, all of the curtains are sheer, so sleeping in wasn’t really an option with how bright the space gets early in the morning.

Cute condo

Condo was well preserved and clean. This is by no fault of the owner but it's loud. Music from pool party, kids upstairs etc. Just don't expect quiet.Paying for parking is a sore point if you are renting a condo. King bed is a double pieced together. Nightly live is ok. Cleaning and service fee taxes on id just rather stay at a hotel and get a hot breakfast.

Good Stay

One little hiccup at arrival with the code to the door at it being late. Realized the next day 3 codes in the description and one worked! Yay. Our call was answered and we got in. Property was clean and served to the purpose of our short stay before a cruise.

The condo itself it great, when pulling in the front I guess is under construction, not sure but I wish I would have known as I probably would not have stayed. Blonde we arrived Friday night someone come knocking on our door stating we were being too loud. We had just arrived.

Some concerns

The property is undergoing renovations, office is in a diff location and they aren’t super friendly. Then we were asked if unit could be shown to potential buyers during our stay. The owner didn’t follow through with showing unit but it made us question our privacy and was a bit snarky with her replies as we were told “is it ok if someone comes to look at the unit at 4pm?” I had no clue who, or why, then I find out it’s being sold. The owner was sure to make us feel bad and tell us if she was the renter she’d have no issues letting the unit be shown…well, I’m renting it and paying for it so I feel like it could wait? She made sure to inform me that as the realtor of the property she can enter at anytime…The unit wasn’t super clean but we tried to overlook the small stuff. The condo is super decorated but also…super dusty. The king bed is 2 twins pushed together so you feel a seam. We had told the owner of a very unpleasant smelll of musty/cat pee smell upon arrival. Her solution was air fresheners. Despite telling her we were just letting her know, she said her housekeeper would be by with air freshener and check the ac drain pan. She never showed, we found out Sat that apparently she had a flat tire Friday and didn’t make it. She came sometime Sat morning while we were out. There are light fixture covers missing, there were left over popcicles in the freezer and overall cleanliness wasn’t there. Had to fill hall toilet with extra water to flush, and it just kept running.

Perfect

The place was beautiful and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Person above us walked around a lot and made stomping noises but was quiet from 11 pm til 7 am at least. That was the only complaint I had.

The property needed some TLC. Missing fixture covers, missing lightbulbs, filthy vents, running toilet, dripping faucets. The “king bed” is not a king - it’s two twins. No usable closets. Curtains in bedrooms didn’t block light. And yes there were roaches. Location is great.

Awesome place, but staff could be friendlier.

It was great.....the check in lady was ok but a bit ummmm unfriendly, i guess. And they said the pool bar was open but there eas no one there working it. That would of been a big plus. Overall we were very satisfied.

Overnight Stay

The condo itself is clean and as described. Manager/Host responds quickly. The front building of the complex facing the seawall when you drive up is going through a renovation so has a fence and is closed. Was surprised when drove up. The property and grounds could use some updates and is a little worn. Elevators very slow. Overall was nice though and each unit is independently owned so each unit could be different. Unit is facing the heated pool (smaller pool) not the main pool area.

Perfect for short Galveston stays!

We were coming into town for a cruise leaving the next day. Samantha was so accommodating working with us on our check in and out times. The condo is cute and clean. The property could use some upkeep, but other all the pools were nice. You do have to pay the $10 per day to use the pools even if you don’t park a car. My only suggestion would be to have some sort of pack n play for infants. We would absolutely stay here again!
