Benvenuti in THE BEACHHOUSE! Abbiamo progettato la nostra nuova casa al mare con 5 camere da letto e 4 bagni con una disposizione a pianta inversa, perfetta per le vacanze e il divertimento con la famiglia.

Il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo, la cucina, l'isola e il bar insieme al nostro re master ensuite sono tutti all'ultimo piano. Con oltre 400 piedi quadrati di ponte all'ultimo piano, godrai dell'alba sul Golfo del Messico e del tramonto sulla West Bay.

Al primo piano ci sono due bagni matrimoniali e due camere da letto aggiuntive che condividono un bagno completo, tutte con accesso a un ampio terrazzo coperto avvolgente.
Il nostro re master ensuite ha una smart TV HD da 50 pollici con porte francesi che si aprono sul grande ponte con vista sul Golfo del Messico. I due master queen con bagno privato offrono il comfort e la privacy di un resort di lusso. Abbiamo cercato di includere le bellezze della tua casa nella nostra casa al mare con ripiani in granito, grandi cabine doccia e un sacco di spazio per riporre gli armadi.

La cucina completamente attrezzata è completa di elettrodomestici Frigidaire Professional, ripiani in granito, grande dispensa e molte aree per socializzare. La grande isola superiore in granito può ospitare comodamente cinque persone, mentre il tavolo da pranzo con due allunghe può ospitare comodamente dieci e il bar è vicino.

Il soggiorno è un'ottima sala per conversare comodamente, ascoltare la tua musica preferita, guardare la TV sulla smart TV HD 4K da 65 pollici con programmazione XFINITY inclusa ... o semplicemente godersi un buon libro su uno dei comodi divani.

La casa ha una scala interna al secondo e terzo piano e una scala esterna ha accesso al ponte del primo piano. Inoltre, per tua comodità con bagagli e generi alimentari abbiamo installato un montacarichi interno.

Il piano terra è un ottimo luogo di ritrovo per barbecue, giochi e socializzazione. Abbiamo a vostra disposizione un grande barbecue Weber, propano incluso.

Incluso nel noleggio è il nostro carrello da golf Cub Car 5 per passeggeri che rende le escursioni in spiaggia un gioco da ragazzi in modo che tu possa utilizzarlo in modo responsabile durante il tuo soggiorno gratuitamente.

Siamo adatti alle famiglie. Non accettiamo studenti in vacanza, gruppi rumorosi o eventi sul posto.

Devi avere 30 anni o più. Siamo spiacenti, ma niente animali, niente fumo e niente camper. Oscuri, solo ospiti rispettosi, in quanto Pirates Beach è una bella comunità tranquilla e di lusso.

Basta portare le infradito e gli asciugamani da spiaggia. POI GODETEVI !!

Owner is great, house was very nice. Anything you might need is there.

We had a great time! House had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Close to the beach and a golf cart made it easy to enjoy the beach. Not too far from town like some others we stayed at. Throughly enjoyed our time as a family there. Only concern was a personal one in that I have limited mobility and it’s a lot of stairs.

Well stocked, lots of room, close to beach, but disappointed in communication

The house was well stocked with a ton of space. However, we booked this house specifically for the fact that it had 2 golf carts since we had 2 families staying. But when we arrived, we discovered there was only one. We did not have prior communication that there would only be one nor any other accommodations offered. When we reached out, the owner explained that one was being repaired. The bedrooms are a little warm at night, but they do have portable fans which helped some. Other than rhat, the place was great for our large group and very clean

Everything's included

Nice for vacation with 2 daughters, their husbands and 3 grandkids. We liked having a bed and bath for each couple. The kids loved the bunks and the little one had his own space in the den. Anything you might want for kids, you'll find it here. It's the best stocked place we've stayed at. We also liked how much seating there is in both the living room and the dining area. The golf carts made it easy to get all of us and our gear to the beach and the beach and the neighborhood were very nice.We were disappointed that we could not use the lift because we were told that it was not working. It was a lot of work getting everything to the top floor.

Excellent stay!

This is a beautiful home, we were three families and the set up was perfect. You don’t need to worry about anything, they have everything you need so everyone can be can confortable. We definitely recommend this place, we had a great time. Thank you for sharing your home.

perfect beach house

My husband and I rented the house for our 3 adult daughters, their husbands and 6 grandchildren to join us at the beach for a weekend. The house was perfect with en-suite bathrooms for all adults bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. House was very clean and guest ready. We had a couple hiccups but we were well taken care of and everything possible was done to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The house is well decorated~~clean and bright and not overdone so even when we were in the house it was relaxing. The golf carts were perfect for getting to the beach and house is well stocked with beach chairs, toys, and even an ice chest or two. Could not have asked for anything more. We make this trip once a year at least~~this is the first house that all guests commented on. Will definitely stay here again. And the owners were so accommodating to make our time spent there as perfect as possible!!

Room for Everyone and All the Amenities

Great house with wonderful amenities. The cargo lift and golf carts make unloading luggage/supplies. The house was perfect for our large family ages 2-76. Plenty of room for games, visiting and sleeping. Will be back!!

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for multiple families with children. The house is very child friendly:pack’n plays, high chairs, children’s plates and utensils. Cup-de-sac was quiet. The 2 golf carts were wonderful! And the crate elevator was so helpful!! Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful house, almost right next to the beach

This house is solid, very tastefully appointed, 100% comfortable. I just wish I had wings; then I could enjoy that the house is only the width of a block from the water. But, if you like to walk to the beach, you have to go around 8 blocks to get there. Yes, the owners provide 2 golf carts for getting there, but, if your favorite thing is to stroll from the house in the morning straight to the beach, this is not quite the house. (No, cutting through other people’s property & breezeways not encouraged in Texas; also, a boggy, overgrown bit between cul de sacs should not be traversed barefoot … not on the Gulf Coast. Otherwise, it was fantastically lovely and if you Like golf carts, this place will be perfect for you.

Overall a wonderful stay!

Very clean and great layout for 3 families with kids. Everything was pretty comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We could not see the beach from our porch, but it looked from pictures on the site that you could. Location was overall great though. Only complaint- a couple nails sticking out in the stairs- definitely a safety hazard that can easily be fixed. We were bummed that the golf carts were uncharged when we arrived, but enjoyed using them the following day.

Fantastic, wonderful, and suited my family needs.

Thank you we throughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was there to meet our family needs. The location was great and having the two golf carts was absolutely fantastic. The beach was close by.
