The house was beautiful and very clean. Cleanliness especially upkeep of the bathrooms are very important to me. We do a beach trip every year and I wish I had discovered this place sooner. It was perfect for us. We had 4 families with kid and we all loved the place. Getting to the beach was a quick walk. That area was great and wasn’t too busy. Definitely going to book this place again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful property. We have plenty of room for our children and grandchildren. The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked with everything we need to cook our meals.The location is great and just a short walk to the beach. Any questions we had were quickly answered. We would definitely stay here again!!

This is such a great place to stay for a group! The house has everything you need - a well-appointed kitchen, beach towels, extra blankets, toiletries and super comfortable beds. It is clean, modern and decorated so nice. The house is close to the beach and has several balconies with comfortable furniture so you can enjoy the views! The outdoor shower is a plus for washing off the sand before heading back inside. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful family vacation

We loved our stay here! This beach house is spacious and well stocked! Small touches like plenty of coffee, an ice maker, and fun games made us feel welcomed! We loved the porches, the proximity to the beach, well stocked kitchen, and privacy of bedrooms. Great place to stay with a peaceful stretch of beach to enjoy!

Our family (infants to 80’s) has made a long weekend in Galveston an annual event. We have stayed at multiple locations, mostly VRBO. This was an absolute favorite stay. The home is lovely and nicely stocked from kitchen to beach accessories. We would be thrilled to stay here again.

House was clean with lots of extras to cook & have fun on the beach. Entire house was designer, beach themed, and so cozy! Wish we could have stayed longer! Every bedroom had its own bathroom & there was plenty of outdoor space (3 decks & under the house). We loved it!!

Impressive -Clean- Fun

We celebrated my birthday weekend here with a couple of friends and my husband and sons. The house is extremely clean, has nice view of the beach and sound of the waves, and comfortable for all of us.

Great house!

Very nice beach house. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, beach view and short walk to the beach. The grandkids had a blast playing in the waves as well as riding their scooters. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful and spacious home close to the beach

The house was beautiful, clean and so spacious. Plenty of room for my husband and I, our five children, spouses and our grand baby. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook along with a great coffee bar! Plenty of towels and lots of extra supplies to use at the beach Communication with host was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We had 10 family members in our group. There was plenty of room for everyone. Lots of amenities. It was a perfect house for our family and so close to the beach. Great ocean view too.

House was exactly as pictured. Insanely clean, bright, airy- exactly as pictured. Run by immaculate management company so small details like individual soaps and necessities in the kitchen were well thought out. We will definitely be back! Beautiful neighborhood and 3 mins walk to the beach.

AMAZING HOUSE & EXPERIENCE

There was plenty of room for all of us and perfect location. Could see and hear the ocean from our patios, short walk to the beach, and close to town. Everything was very clean and we were provided everything we needed for the perfect stay. 10/10 recommended!!

Wonderful Weekend in Galveston

Great house! We wanted a house with 5 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. this house worked perfect for us. The contact / house manager was very nice and promptly dealt with all issues. Even setting up chairs on beach for us.

Perfect beach stay

We just returned from a wonderful midweek stay with friends at this absolutely beautiful and spacious new beachside home. Everything was perfect for our group. The house has beautiful views of the gulf and is a very short stroll to the beach thru a quiet neighborhood. The furnishings are super comfortable and welcoming, and the kitchen is stocked with everything we could have possibly needed for meal prep. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to someday go back!! Thank you!

Girl’s Trip

What a beautiful home and so perfect for our annual girl’s trip. The house was so pretty, roomy and the beds were so comfortable! We loved all the nice personal touches like the fluffy bedding, amenity kits in the bathrooms, games, beach wagon & chairs, and staples in the kitchen. We had a minor issue with the lock on the door (due to the extreme heat making the door frame swell) and Jay was super quick to respond. He came to the house and showed us the trick. We will definitely plan another vacation here!

BEST Christmas EVER !!!

The property was absolutely perfect to accommodate my husband and myself, three adult children and their spouses, and 3 grandkids for a long Christmas weekend. The house was beautiful with plenty of space for us to spread out and I was allowed to put up a beautiful 9ft Christmas tree. Even though the freezing weather caused water issues, Jay did an incredible job of doing everything humanly possible to help us stay comfortable!! Thanks so much Jay!!! This will become our go-to place for family get-togethers in the future!!!
