Upon arrival check-in was seamless there were some issues with the hurricane shutters over one large window/sliding glass door, but that was about the only issue identified. Everything else was great, the home was clean well decorated, and properly maintained with plenty of amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

We took our pup and we loved the gated area so she can roam around freely outside. They also had large water and food bowls. The AC was great...we like it cold an no one complained in any of the rooms nor the loft. there were also fans throughout which helped with temperature control. We were a family of 2 you kids and one adult child, 2 grandparents, and the the two of us parents. And the space was nicely laid out to where we never felt crammed or ontop of each other. The kids and adults moved around freely and used all of the spaces. We couldnt figure out how to open up the sliding door off the kitchen which would've made it nicer but truly the space was great and we all enjoyed it. No complaints from anyone. The home was located about a 1 minute walk away from a private neighborhood fishing pier. We backed up to a natural preserve which was nice since we werent right off the beach and we were only a few minutes away, just had to drive across the road and we had beach access. it wasnt crowded. only problem for us is that we didnt bring any beach chairs or tents and there were no vendors on the beach we had to drive up just past jamaica beach out 10 minutes to get to a spot with beach vendors to rent the chairs and umbrellas. The home had all the kitchen essentials and extras, plenty of towels to bathe with and plenty of beach towels! That was awesome!!! There was also washer and dryer so we were able to wash. 100% recommend this place.

We love this place. They were so accommodating. The house was beautiful. Even left a little gift basket with snacks for us. Would definitely recommend this beach house. We would definitely return.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay and were able to see family that lives outside of Houston. Access to the beach was super easy and the small grocery store nearby had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the nature preserve.

Wonderful vacation home

Our family of 8 absolutely loved this house. The location was great and the views over the nature preserve are outstanding. Very close to nearby beach access and the Sea Isle community. Our son was able to take his kayak to the boat ramp and kayak through the canals. The fenced in yard was a great place for the kids to unwind after long beach days. And the AC...perfectly cool around the clock. All communications with the owner went as smooth as possible. Would definitely recommend this listing and we look forward to booking again

Fantastic Beach House for the Family

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our family of 6. The kids thought the loft with the spiral staircase was very fun . Excellent location between the bay and the beach. We also really enjoyed the outdoor spaces. We would definitely stay here again!

Worth every star!

This trip was planned for Father's Day/Birthday celebration with our teens and pets. The location was chosen because of its proximity to some family who live around the corner. We could not have been more pleased! We have stayed in many vacation homes and this was one of the best! The hospitality (welcome basket, stocked toiletries, and extra bedding) of the hosts was exceptional - they even made sure we had dog bowls for the pup! The house was cool, comfy, and pleasantly arranged for comfort. There is huge side yard where our pup could play and stalk the bunnies in the back! The front of the house directly faces the canal and it's a 2 block walk (and cross the road) to the beach! Truly one of the most pleasant VRBO/rental experiences! Thank you, Anthony! We will see you again!
