Take in the sounds of the waves while enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a cold afternoon beverage in the new Adirondack seating area. Relax while walking on the beach, collecting sea shells, building sand castles, and making memories with family and friends. Wade fishing is another favorite for our guests. The ease of being only steps from the beach allows you to have all of the conveniences of being at home while being able to bring food and drinks to the beach with ease. After a day at the beach, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off which is a favorite for visitors.
This serene beachfront home is on a quiet cul de sac and is right next to the beach walkover. It is beautiful year round! The large spacious living area looks out to the beach from all angles and the large deck faces east for the sunrise. The new windows and doors accent the spectacular view. On the deck, we offer outdoor seating areas that include two picnic tables, and six Adirondack loungers. The indoor dining has seating for 8 with 3 bar stools nearby. The home is perfect for gathering family or friends. In the evening the children can retreat to the upstairs media room, while the adults may take in some cards, games, or TV in the main living space. We recently replaced all of the windows and French doors.
The recently renovated master suite has a large king-size bed with its own stairway and private deck! There is a guest bedroom (queen bed), up a separate stairwell. It has a private deck & bathroom. The bedrooms downstairs include: one with a queen size bed and deck access, and two pull-out cots, and the fourth bedroom has 3 sets of bunk beds that sleep 6. The bunk room does not have access to the deck for safety. It adjoins to the other downstairs bedroom with an updated bathroom. The downstairs has also been recently renovated with new floors and windows.
This is the perfect beach house to share with friends and family. The driveway can accommodate up to four vehicles. We look forward to having you as our guests.
Cancellation policy: No cancellations for weather unless there is a hurricane/ tropical storm warnings. 30 days or more notice you receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between 15 and 29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
