Beauty on Ball - Main 3 - King bed, Nearby restaurants and Beach!!

Flip Flop Heaven! Beauty on Ball - Main 3 is located in the heart of Galveston's East End Historic District in close proximity to UTMB, the Strand, and the beach. This charming pet-friendly flipflop-themed apartment is just what you need to get a taste of Galveston on a quick visit or an extended stay. It includes 1 king bed, 1 memory foam couch bed, full kitchen, full bath, and laundry facilities. It's the perfect island getaway!

LIVING SPACE

Relax and gather in the spacious living area which includes a couch and loveseat with a 43“ SmartTV to enjoy. Log in to your accounts to enjoy Netflix, HBO, Prime, Hulu, Disney+ and more. The sofa pulls out to a queen size memory foam bed.

BEDROOM

The bedroom includes a king bed for you to drift off to a restorative night’s sleep! We also include white noise machines to make your slumber as peaceful as can be. The bedroom also includes a 43" SmartTV.

BATHROOM

The bathroom includes a clawfoot tub with shower, toilet, and vanity. Enjoy steady hot water and great water pressure. Bath towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion are provided.

KITCHEN

Prepare a meal or order in. This kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, mugs, plates, bowls & silverware. Coffee/Tea Bar includes drip coffee maker, Keurig, and electric kettle. Blender, toaster, and microwave included. Electric stovetop range + oven. Pots/pans, baking sheet, oil, salt & pepper.

DINING AREA

The dining area includes seating for 4. The table can be expanded to seat 4 or folded down to give more space in the living area.

OUTSIDE

Fire up the barbeque on the charcoal grill on the patio! Space for 2 cars to park on street right in front of the house.

LAUNDRY ROOM

A laundry room with washer and dryer is located next to the apartment and is shared with the apartment next door. We include a few detergent pods as well!

Best stay on the island!

We were really impressed with the charm, the cleanliness, the location and the friendliness of the hosts. I saw some reviews mention the road noise as people drive on the road next to it, but they do provide ear plugs if needed. They've really thought of everything. And after time at the beach, we appreciated the washer and dryer♡

Great stay

I really loved the location of this house! It’s in the historic district surrounded in beautiful homes and is an easy 10ish minute walk to the beach. The apartment was updated and very nice. The only issue I seen was the noise. The traffic beside the house is loud and if someone down stairs slams a door, the whole wall reverberates. But other than noise, it really is a great place.

Good, but be aware of road noise

Like many others, this property is also an old house turned into a vacation rental apartment. My apartment was on the third floor, which I didn’t know before arrival. There is no elevator. So, I had to carry all my luggage up and down several times. The interior was clean in general, but I saw one cockroach near the closet in the living room. They should do a pest control. One thing that bothered me the most is the road noise, which didn’t let me sleep property. I used ear plugs last few days but it didn’t help that much. They should do some soundproofing for the windows.
