  • Breakers Pointe è una casa fronte mare di 2200 m����� situata nella suddivisione di Pointe San Luis. Questa casa a due piani dispone di un concetto aperto cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno. Bellissimi pavimenti di pino in difficolt�� in tutta la casa più un sacco di finestre rende questa casa si sentono luminoso e spazioso.

    La grande cucina comprende un angolo colazione di fronte alla spiaggia in modo da poter godere di una vista sulla spiaggia mentre si mangia. Un grande tavolo da pranzo la famiglia si ritrova per i pasti e rende un luogo ideale per raccogliere per i giochi da tavolo della famiglia.

    Questa casa si trova in una zona tranquilla e si trova in un cul-de-sac. è disponibile con una duna comunità calpestabile situato a un casa lontano accesso alla spiaggia.

The ocean view was stunning - the vacuum cord was cut, Guest should be encouraged to bring beach toys and towels. More like a hotel as far as many extras. The upstairs pedestal sink was leaking and upstairs bathtub missing the drain stopper The stove is very old and rusty- washer and dryer are great. The AC automatically is set to change to 83 several times a day - BUT a Great place for multiple children.

Family fun

It was the perfect home for a family fun trip. Steps away from the beach. We unfortunately had cold wet weather but the house was perfect for gathering around the table for games. With amazing views.

Not exactly perfect

Its a older house. A/C worked great. Skillets are terrible. Cant close bedroom doors or it gets hot. Garbage cans weren't taken out before we arrived and not while we stayed. Watermelon rinds and crawfish shells were in the yard. Better prearrival inspection will help.

Fun in the Moonlight

Private, peaceful location for our family of seven. Perfect timing for the full moon (Sturgeon Moon) that came rising up blood red out of the sea. The film-makers of the group got some fantastic moonlight footage. Waves were very calm (no breakers). House is well-appointed & thoughtfully designed. Loved it! We will be back.

Upstairs beds

Up stairs beds were squeaky and one toilet upstairs made high pitch noise. Minor stuff, just a bit annoying for those sleeping upstairs. Beautiful home, I highly recommend.

Beautiful views and charming beach house!

We were absolutely so pleased with our choice the minute we walked into this cozy and charming house. We absolutely loved the decor and how well each room was put together. So much space to sit alone and read or gather together at the beautiful wood table set between the kitchen and living area. My husband and daughters felt right at home. I love to cook and I had everything I needed to make breakfast and dinner… pots, pans and cookware were at my reach, including a new blender to make smoothies. The grocery store is also close by if we needed anything our family craved. Bring your beach towels and other things needed to sit comfortably on the beach! Our family will definitely be returning to this quiet perfect getaway beach front home!

the home is lovely but blinds are needed. The living room is so bright in the morning you need sun glasses. the bathroom upstairs has no blinds and the neighbors can see in. the pots and pans are in terrible shape, broken handles and all. Little stingy with the towels.

Phenomenal Proximity to Beach

This place had a really phenomenal proximity to beach!. Neighborhood was great. House is great for a family trip. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked, making cooking very easy. The only negative feedback we have is the mattresses. All furniture was old which isn’t really an issue, but the mattresses felt like poor quality old mattresses. That said, one couple was able to very comfortably sleeping on downstairs king bed. Mattress upgrades would make this place unbeatable. Might consider putting a real queen in the Murphy room, though that room is nosy for sleeping if anyone is awake downstairs. (Just something to know when making sleep plans.)

Wonderful!!!

We had a great week long stay at this property! House was comfortable and cozy. Location was perfect! Parking in driveway only accommodates 2 1/2 vehicles. All others will need to park in street. There are no closets in the rooms, but there were hooks all over each of the rooms and bathrooms that made up for it. We initially planned on 12 people and ended up with 9. 5 adults and 4 kiddos. We would have been uncomfortable if all 12 had come. Wonderful week and would definitely rent the house again!!

Perfection!!!!

oh my goodness, this was the perfect beach house for the perfect family reunion. There were five bedrooms. Four upstairs with so much room and one master downstairs. Great deck only thing that kept us from enjoying it that was the mosquitoes. There were myself and my husband my three kids and their children. We actually took the upstairs that has a Murphy bed, beds need a little bit more comfort on them and it was only a full size but we took one of the other twins and my husband slept on it on the floor lol. This place was so roomy. My heart is so full right now seeing my grandkids and it’s just a short walk to the beach. I wish we could have stayed longer. amazing place to stay. Plenty of pots and pans. Plenty of spices that were left on site. So to sum it up, could’ve had more comfortable beds and Less mosquitoes!!!!

Review of Breakers Pointe

The property was ok. It was clean. And there were enough bedrooms for us. It had good beach access. However, it had a few issues. It was advertised as room for 12. Unless they all came in a couple of clown cars packed with 6 people apiece, it would not hold 12 - had we not been with someone in a close by place, it would have been bad. They need to have room for at least 4 cars when saying it has room for 12. Maybe they should open up the garage. Also, the plumbing is not good. It makes a high pitch noise all night - sometimes you can go flush a toilette to stop it. But it starts back up later. Finally, one of the room doors does not close and I had to fix the door to the outside where the lock box sits - its catch got caught in the door. In short - it was a nice enough place, but just not the big place for 12 we were counting on. I think its a nice place, but not worth what we paid for it. If they fix the plumbing, doors, and upgrade the parking, it might be perfect. Again, we were with another group two houses down and their place was perfect, so we had room for everyone's cars.

Great view | Great Location | House Not as Advertised

We recently had a large group stay at the property during the July 4th holiday and while we were pleased with the location and views, we were disappointed with the condition of the home when compared to the online photos. Simply put, the home needs attention in many areas. The living room furniture is badly worn and feels dirty to the touch. The beds not good quality and several mattresses have unsightly stains on them. The wooden floors (in some corners) appear to have been eaten away by rodents or are perhaps rotting. Either way, there are gaping holes areas that need to be addressed to prevent pests and rodents from entering from beneath the home. Paneling in some parts of the home is coming apart and the sink has no disposal which made it a mess to cook/dispose of food trash. Furthermore, the house has an overwhelming musty smell throughout that detracts from the comfort of the home. All these things combined caused us to cut our stay short by a day and that was unfortunate. Again, the location and views are really good but the homes is not reflective of the rental rate, IMO. Our group previously owned a home on the same stretch of coast for over 10 years (which we also rented) so i feel like our group can sympathize with the ordinary "wear and tear" of a coastal rental but for the rate this home charges, it will need some TLC before I can raise the overall rating. I hope others find this helpful and I hope this post prompts the owner to address some of these issues.

Nice house with great beach access

Our group of 12 people, including 4 kids, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It has great beach access and a lovely balcony that we all enjoyed. Three of the bedrooms also have balcony access. We were disappointed to find out that they have a strict no visitor policy as we have family that wanted to visit during the day. They do make you sign a contract. You may consider asking to look over the contract before you book. The portion of the beach directly in front of the house has no vehicle access, which we were happy about. You can park nearby on the beach if needed, though. Overall it was a great location and accommodated our large group well.

Great House and Location!

This is a perfect house for our annual family beach trip; there is enough room to accommodate our grown children and their babies, whether we are sleeping, eating, playing board games or watching TV. The location is great since the beach crossover is just a few steps away. The view from the balconies is great as well. We will definitely be back!

Great stay, but needs some love

The property is overall gorgeous, but when you see the details, there are several missing pieces of wood trim on the patio, the hot and cold knobs switched in one of the bathrooms, knobs and pieces of decorative pieces missing, etc. The location was amazing and the beach is absolutely perfect, definitely the place to be. Overall an absolutely wonderful stay and recommend to large families due to the space and rooms being spread out. Would also recommend some TLC for it.
