We are located in the Jamaica Beach community which features a nice public park and a public swimming pool that is family friendly and also has a lap lane. (please visit the city website for cost to access the pool as well as pool hours)
Several Restaurants are close by including Nate's West End Restaurant, Waterman's Restaurant "Galveston's Hidden Treasure" located on a marina with water views and Mario's Pizza. A short drive into Galveston will provide you with a wide variety of well known restaurants and well as more local favorites.
Just a few of the many Galveston Attractions include Schlitterbahn Water Park, Moody Gardens, Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier and the Galveston Strand.
Parking: Driveway parking will accommodate 4 vehicles. No parking allowed on the street or the grass.
Damage Protection: The total cost of your reservation for this property includes a refundable damage deposit. If you prefer to purchase a non-refundable damage protection plan for $59.00 please send an inquiry with this request and we will be more that happy to send you a quote with the damage protection plan instead of the refundable damage deposit.

We look forward to hosting you and your group but we have a few house rules and they MUST be followed. Please review BEFORE you make your reservation.
- Large gatherings/parties, Prom groups and open invitation gatherings are not allowed at any time. This is not a party house.
- The maximum number of guests is 9.
- Guest must be at least 25 years of age to reserve the home and adult guests may not rent on behalf of underage guests. Person making the reservation must be present during the reservation.
- Underage drinking, loud music or other disturbances to the neighbors is not permitted.
- We do have a Ring camera on the front of house facing the street for security purposes.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Parking for 4 cars, parking on the grass and/or street is prohibited.
