Vedute libere della spiaggia da questa casa a due piani di 1948 mq situata nella suddivisione Sea Isle. Questa struttura fronte mare è perfetta per famiglie numerose o estese che cercano una vacanza sull'isola.

Casablanca è una casa di concetto aperta con pavimenti in legno in tutto e arredamento confortevole costiera. Le ampie finestre dal pavimento al soffitto offrono molta luce naturale e fantastiche viste sul Golfo del Messico.

La spiaggia è a pochi passi per ore di divertimento sotto il sole e pulire in seguito è un gioco da ragazzi con la doccia all'aperto. Il grande ponte ha una piccola area coperta per gustare un pasto o una tazza di caffè al mattino all'ombra, mentre il ponte aperto è un luogo ideale per prendere il sole e rilassarsi.

Se ti piace grigliare l'area al piano inferiore ombreggiato è l'ideale per un pasto in famiglia. C'è anche un altalena in legno per rilassarsi ascoltando le onde che rotolano sulla spiaggia.

Nice but not what we expected

We were told to NOT arrive at the property before 4:00 p.m. on check-in day. However, I received a text at 3:23 p.m. saying we could arrive at property. Coming from out of town, this was not a possibility. Also, having to leave on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. was a ridiculously early check-out time. It should be minimum 11:00 a.m. or noon. There was a hurricane a few weeks before and we were told there was no damage. However, upon arrival on the "shed" where beach accessories are kept, the siding was coming off on one side and there was no siding on the other side. Had nice beach chairs though. The stairs are in need of repair/paint. The front door is spring loaded, very hard to open. It will not stay open at all to bring your luggage/groceries up. Floors have quite a bit of water damage. Mirror in main bathroom has bad stains on it. Stairs to loft are VERY small and narrow (hard to get suitcases up there). Kitchen was great with a lot of items needed and spacious. Outside view is fantastic if standing up. Chairs are very low to ground. If you are sitting, the view is obstructed by the railing of the porch. The hammock is almost to the ground with no one on it. The 3 queen/king beds are VERY VERY hard. Very uncomfortable. The twin beds were much better. A very uncomfortable issue for us was the family photos in every room. I do not think it's appropriate to have your family photos hanging in a rental property. Was uncomfortable to say the least. Location is great....very quiet.

All about the beach!

I organize an annual trip with elderly parents, siblings and their families. This has been one of our favorite beach houses. The younger adults/teens loved the short walk to the beach and enjoyed having their own loft space. The older adults appreciated that the main part of the house was mostly one level and the deck overlooking the beach was awesome day or night. The house had most of our favorite games on the shelf as well. Rummikub, dominoes, Mancala and many more. We usually have a group of about 12 and the basic, charcoal grill worked fine for burgers and fajitas but might have been difficult for a larger group. The kitchen was very well stocked. Freezer space is small, so bring a good cooler and plan to pick up ice almost daily. We enjoyed Moody Gardens and Bishop’s Palace, but mostly, we just enjoyed the beach! We also lucked out and experienced the “blue water” that arrives a couple of weeks per year in Galveston. There were plenty of beach chairs in the storage room and the beach was never crowded. We all voted to stay here again! The Gary Green rental staff were very responsive any time I had questions. We did not have any problems that needed to be reported. Ants showed up under the table one morning, but we swept them up and found the ant spray in the broom area.

Family Getaway

The property was exactly like advertised. View was awesome and only a few steps from the beach. About 20 minutes from all the action which was nice and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house right near the beach

Nice house with great access to the beach and ocean. About 30 minutes from Northern Galveston locations such as Mario’s Italian restaurant which is a bit beyond the pier with the Ferris wheel.

Steps from the beach

Spectacular view, amazing sunrises! You really can’t go wrong with the location of this property. Three different families stayed here. We had a fantastic time. Plenty of beach chairs, toys, body boards. Charcoal grill to be used. Kitchen seemed to have everything we needed. Note: If you like a VERY firm bed, then these are for you (not us). Pillows could use an updating or bring your own, which wasn’t an option for us. And don’t forget beach towels!

Amazing Beach Front Stay

This beach house is stunning! It has everything and more for your beach stay! Kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with most spices and utensils you will need. House stays cool inside ( huge deal) when you are at the beach. Large downstairs area for family to hang out and grill after a long day at the beach. Outdoor shower is a bonus too. Thank you for your hospitality and we will be back!

Perfect Beachfront Property

Many homes listed in Galveston claim to be beachfront properties, but when you look on a map they are not. This house is actually on the beach and that’s why we stayed. Once you leave the backyard you are immediately on the beach. Perfect house, kids loved it. Would stay again.

Some suggestions.

It was a wonderful and relaxing weekend with family. We want to plan another weekend next year, God willing. One suggestion, bring extra dish towels because that is the one thing lacking and maybe some taller folding chairs so you can see over the outdoor railing with a perfect view of the ocean. Other than that, our stay was amazing.

Beautiful Beach house

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach home. The views from the deck were incredible. Really nice neighborhood. Felt very safe. Lots of activities to do in Galveston.

Enjoyed our stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach is great. I would recommend posting some updated photos to better represent the deck furniture, which includes 6 new Adirondack style chairs. The kids room with twin beds also has a trundle (missed that when reviewing the info) and a good sized closet. Unfortunately the master does not have a closet to hang up clothes and the bedroom my husband and I stayed in does not have an accessible closet (locked) or dresser to put clothes away. The upstairs bathroom is teeny-tiny and good for kids, but not adults that are 6'4". The fireplace did not work.

Great friends getaway

This house was perfect for me and a few friends to stay the weekend. It felt clean and is right on the beach. It’s about 30 minutes from main part of Galveston, but that’s fine because it was really nice and quiet down where we were. There’s no fan in the main bathroom downstairs so it got a bit musty smelling after showers. The beds were very firm which was great for me, but may not be everyone’s favorite. Lots of family photos on the walls. Overall a great place to stay for the weekend.

Great house.

Great property, communication with rental group was great. Parking with multiple vehicles was not great. Needs taller deck chairs. Washing machine was not working but was being repaired for next guest. Extra towels and linens delivered promptly. Small bug issue but was scheduled for spraying. Lift would be a plus. Will rent again.

Loved this house!

Super responsive management company. Answered any questions I had quickly and offered help right away. This house is cute with plenty of room and beautiful open windows. The view from the deck was incredible and the walk to the beach was super close. Quiet community. Definitely farther out from any tourist attractions but we knew that when we chose this house. Heads up if you go bring extra mosquito repellent! They were bad! Other than that we had a wonderful visit and would come again.

Wonderful family time

Casablanca was the perfect beach house for our family gathering of 5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 4 children with the perfect amount of space for sleeping, eating, and play. Not only does it have easy beach access by foot, but also beautiful scenes of the ocean and amazing sunrises from the balcony overlooking the beach. If we get to have another family beach time next year, we will want to use Casablanca.

Great location

We love having family gatherings and this location was just perfect for all of us especially our little ones. The sunset, morning walks on the beach, see the sand crabs 🦀 on the beach ⛱️ when it was clear. Not worrying about the beach being over crowded. All together just beautiful 😍

Great beach house

The rental process was easy, accurate, and the agents were super! The breach front house was very clean and exceptionally comfortable with all the amenities. Ut is an older house, so it could benefit from updating, especially in the bathrooms. Overall, however, it is a great place for a relaxing stay at th4 beach.
