Questo condominio al terzo piano si trova su Seawall Boulevard, offrendo una vista incredibile (e accesso diretto a) l'azzurro del Golfo del Messico dall'altra parte della strada. Fai una passeggiata all'alba sulla spiaggia ogni mattina, tratta i tuoi figli al pomeriggio a Moody Gardens e al parco acquatico Schlitterbahn due miglia a nord, e trascorri le tue serate esplorando lo Strand Historic District e il quartiere delle arti e degli spettacoli di Postoffice cinque miglia a est.



Entrate per trovare uno spazio aperto in stile loft con soffitti a due piani e porte scorrevoli in vetro che si aprono sul balcone con vista sul golfo. Fai scorta di generi alimentari al Walmart Supercenter a un isolato di distanza, usa gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile in cucina per preparare stuzzichini e pasti e porta il tuo dessert fuori sul balcone per una vista mozzafiato sul tramonto.



Svegliarsi ogni mattina per allenarsi nel centro fitness aperto 24 ore al giorno o magari una corsa lungo la diga per alcuni punti di vista. Tornati al condominio, potete prendere il costume da bagno dalla lavatrice / asciugatrice privata, andare al piano di sotto in una delle due piscine incontaminate e lenire i muscoli stanchi nella vasca idromassaggio condivisa. We have everything we needed for our stay. The location was fantastic and so weee the views. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is some minor things, like the bedroom furniture being too large for the room and hard to get around, and some things looking very worn/old. Overall a great stay.

Loved it!

We loved the condo itself, the view was amazing, and the location was perfect. Our only complaint about cleanliness was the floors were covered in sand when we first got there. I wasn’t worried about it though because it’s expected when you’re at the beach. Also, we figured out 1 bathroom between 5 people was a struggle but other than that our stay was perfect! 10 times out of 10 we would stay again!

Super Clean!

Nice clean condo facing the Gulf. Very roomy and comfortable. Unit is on third floor with no elevator. Keep this in mind if anyone in your party has health issues.

It’s older than you think

From the looks of the pictures , you’d be happy to stay here. Unfortunately, as soon as you walk in - it smells like a camp. Smells old and has an odor. But I thought I could get past that. The bathroom smelled like a bathroom - not fresh and clean . Smelled like urine . As our stay continues , we continue to be disappointed. There was no linens for the pull out sofa. The amount of stains on the sofa bed was aweful. When I asked for linens , they declined. Most of the dishes were not clean.they did not provide adequate cooking supplies that a normal condo would. The hot water heater is extremely small.do not expect to take a bath in a warm tub as the hot water runs out - also there is no stopper the tub for the water. The icing on the cake for my family , the a/c would kick off and turn to 74 in the middleOf the night. We would wake up sweating . When I message the host they told me sorry they do that to control energy . I have never heard of this - never paid for a residence and they control the ac . I understand that some residents have pest and insects- but this room has roaches . So overall I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again

Spring break

Nice area, condo could use some work , but had everything we needed. Area is clean and safe. Busy road out front but near a stoplight for easy crossing. Pool advertised as heated, but both pools were cold so not sure which was supposed to be heated

Nice place and location.

Location was good with a Walmart on the next block over. Property was as described, but I agree with previous reviews about the tile in the bathroom needing attention. Overall it was a great place to stay.

…this was a de-pressurization stay…away from a difficult/error plagued housing relocation; combined with serving as Grand Jury Foreman in Brazos County Texas… …the weather was stormy, windy…but my beachfront condo was a slice of heaven…

We arrived around midnight and had trouble getting in like previous reviews stated. Passcode didn’t work. Customer service answered our phone call right away but attempt at multiple passcode changes didn’t help. Eventually we had to get the key out of the lock box and it was our only key for the duration of our stay. Great location, apartment is nice but in need of repairs. Repair and paint materials were found in the closet, so we can say that it’s work in progress.

Ac was not working when we arrived, things happen, I get that. We were given instructions for a possible reset, which we tried unsuccessfully. We were also told it was our fault for arriving after 3pm which is insane since earliest check in was 4pm. It just went downhill from there. Would not recommend, it was nothing like the photos. Furnished completely differently and not in a positive way. I've never given a poor review but this experience was beyond bad.

Great experience

Check in process was horrible! Clerk at desk was rude. However, the location to the beach was great. The pool area was awesome-nice to have 2 pools to chose from. The rooms were nice but did find a few cockroaches on the balcony. Overall, we’re satisfied and would stay there again.

A nice weekend!

The condo was very nice and in a great location. Be ready to tone your leg muscles with it being on the third floor!! We did have some trouble getting into the condo, the code did not work even after contacting the property manager and getting a second code. We ended up having to use the lock box key. The condo was not cleaned when we finally got in but we were able to contact customer support and they sent out the cleaning team immediately. They did a fabulous job! We were also refunded the cleaning fee. A minor repair needs to be done to the toilet that runs constantly. Other than that, we would stay there again!!

GREAT PLACE BUT HORRIBLE CHECK IN EXPERIENCE

THE CONDO WAS GREAT, HAD A BEAUTIFUL VIEW AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED EXCEPT ENOUGH TOILET PAPER. NO BIG DEAL WE JUST GRABBED MORE THE DAY AFTER CHECKING IN. THE CHECK IN WAS AWFUL WE ARRIVED LATER THAN WE HAD HOPED SO WE HAD FUSSY KIDS AND AN EXHAUSTED 1 YEAR OLD FROM THE 4 HOUR CAR RIDE. WHEN WE GOT TO THE DOOR OUR DOOR CODE DID NOT WORK. AFTER SEVERAL TRIPS BACK TO THE OFFICE (WE WERE ON THE THIRD FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR) THE PROPERTY MANAGER CAME UP TO CONFIRM WE COULDN'T GET IN. HE FINALLY REACHED THE OWNER BY PHONE AND HAD THEM CALL VACASA WHO THEN CALLED US BUT IT ALL TOOK AN HOUR AND A HALF. BY THE TIME WE GOT IN OUR ROOM IT WAS ALMOST 10 P.M. IT DEFINITELY TOOK AWAY FROM THE EXCITEMENT OF ARRIVING.

Adequate

Unit was adequate but could use some updating. Although we got our “codes” in advance, the code to enter the condo didn’t work – took a phone call and four more code tries to get in. AC great, TVs and appliances worked. Excellent view from balcony. Lots of dishes, but very limited flatware. No can opener, hot pads, laundry supplies or closet hangers. Lots of stairs and soft mattress. Couch was “tired” and uncomfortable. We have stayed many times in other units at the Dawn. This Condo was less expensive – helping to make up for the shortcomings.

Disgusting!!!

Don't give this owner any of your money. This unit was disgusting. Mold and other things on the shower curtain, mold and rust on the air vents, cracked and loose tile on the floor just to name a few things.... We have stayed at The Dawn Condos several times and love the property. Just don't stay in this unit!!!

View was terrific. Unit needs work. Kitchen is limited with no can opener, no hot pads, limited silverware, no blender lid, scummy shower curtain liner, poor lighting throughout. Bed terribly soft. Check in process was not good. Couldn't get in. Carpets need cleaning. Area is fun to explore. Clients should know that they need to provide all their own household essentials like toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher tabs, etc.

Beautiful view

Loved this condo. I think the best part was the view. We happened to go during a cold weekend, so we don’t get to use much of the amenities. But we loved the coffee with a view. Thank you!!

Great Spot

We loved staying in this condo! There are 2 pools which allow for less traffic in each and it's a short walk across the road to the beach! I highly recommend.
