Summary:
Welcome to Lil' Blue, recently renovated and situated on a picturesque and quiet Bayfront canal in Sea Isle! It offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and coastal charm! Step inside and be greeted by an inviting open floor plan, where natural light floods the space and bay views beckon from every angle. The living area is adorned with cozy furnishings, perfect for lounging and catching up with after a day of adventure.

The Space:
For those who love the thrill of the catch, our private dock provides prime fishing opportunities right at your fingertips. Spend leisurely mornings casting your line into the sparkling waters of the bay, surrounded by the serene beauty of your surroundings.

After a day of outdoor fun in the salty sea air and sand, rinse off in our refreshing outdoor shower. It's the perfect way to feel rejuvenated and ready for relaxation back at the home.

Inside, you'll find a newly renovated kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space. Whether you're whipping up a seafood feast with the day's catch or simply brewing a morning cup of coffee, cooking is a breeze in this stylish and functional space.

When it's time to unwind, retire to one of our cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding and coastal-inspired decor. Drift off to sleep to the gentle sound of waves lapping against the canal, and wake up refreshed and ready to take on another day in paradise.

With its unbeatable location, modern amenities, and laid-back coastal vibe, Lil' Blue is the ultimate destination for your Sea Isle getaway.

SLEEP/BATH CONFIGURATION:
~ Primary with King bed and luxury hotel bedding and en suite bath (main level, sleeps 2)
~ 2nd bedroom with Twin over Queen bunk bed and luxury hotel bedding, full bath in hallway (main level, sleeps up to 3)
~ 3rd bedroom with Twin over Full bunk bed and luxury hotel bedding (separate entrance on ground level, sleeps up to 3)
*Please note; there is no bathroom in ground level space.

OTHER FEATURES/AMENITIES: charcoal grill, outdoor shower, fish cleaning table, central A/C, ceiling fans, Internet/WIFI, SmartTVS, all kitchen appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer, guest 'comforts of home' welcome kit

It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home electronically at 4pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.

The Neighborhood:
Sea Isle is a beautiful community, located about 12 miles from Galveston's seawall, often referenced as the West End. It has that laid back beach flavor perfect for your getaway. One of the popular neighborhood hot spots is the West End Restaurant & Marina which frequently offers live music, plenty of tvs airing different sporting events/games, good food, and tasty cold beverages. There is also access to the public beaches (3), boat ramp, marina, park, basketball courts, swimming pool (when seasonally available) and tennis courts, so guests get an opportunity to experience the benefits of both the Gulf and Bay sides of the island.

Getting Around:
The Sea Isle community offers a small convenience store by the Marina, Sea Isle Supermarket, located on Termini-San Luis Pass at Nueces Drive. Heading back towards Galveston and just before Jamaica Beach is a Chevron convenience store, Seven Seas Grocery if you need extra items or forgot something while in town. Also, you'll find in Jamaica Beach, West Grill & Pizzeria, Buck’s West, Shrimp & Stuff Food Truck then Dollar General, Waterman’s Restaurant, Hummel’s Convenience Store & Deli, Mario’s Pizza, Woody’s Bar, Lucky Way Food, Gas & Liquor Store, Seahorse Grill and Jack’s Pub before you get to Galveston's seawall.

Every home is fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels which are replaced upon every turnover including the duvet covers and shams (we've heard not every company does this, and we think that's just gross). We take clean seriously! When you rent a 979 home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, tp and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and the 979 Crew aims to deliver on that commitment. We love our island guests!

🐾 PUP-FRIENDLY:
Bring Fido(s)! We welcome your furry friends (aka family members). Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed at this home, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog per stay.

WIFI/TV SERVICE:
Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!

979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance. Please send inquiry and details if more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1M liability protection and $10K damage insurance - and good news, No Security Deposit Required!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.

After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.

Reservations made on 3rd party channels/OTAs such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Hopper etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.

Great family weekend!

The stay here was very good. Our family really enjoyed this property, especially being able to fish off the back. Sitting on the upper or lower patio areas at night was very relaxing and there is usually a nice breeze blowing in through the cove. The local marina and resturant is awesome and convenient. The food there is great, everyone is friendly. You can get just about anything you need while staying here without having to make the trip into Galveston. Our only complaint about our stay was that the shower heads in both bathrooms spray very hard and dont seem to have an adjustment on them to soften the pressure or to change the spray pattern.That would be my only complaint, and that is minor. I highly recommend this property.

Great House in a Great Location!

The house was clean upon our arrival and a welcome basket awaited us upon entry to the home! We enjoyed every day we spent here. Theres alot of things to do here. The marina is a less than 5 minutes away. The beach is less than 5 minutes away. Bring your families and experience the Sea Isle lifestyle!
