Grande casa sulla spiaggia per famiglie nel mezzo del quartiere di Sea Isle. La casa è su 2 lotti completamente recintati e dog friendly. La nostra casa può ospitare comodamente 6 adulti in 2 letti queen size in casse di casse al piano superiore e 1 letto matrimoniale al piano di sotto. Fai un bel riposo qui! Ci sono anche letti a castello di dimensioni singole e un futon di dimensioni minori per bambini al piano di sotto. Si prega di vedere le foto. WiFi, TV ATT al piano di sopra e in basso, lettore DVD, grande soundbar per film, un sacco di puzzle e giochi e 3 kayak (si prega di utilizzare il nostro giubbotto di salvataggio). Grande ponte con mobili e barbecue a gas buca. Nuova cucina enorme bar sociale e grande tavolo da pranzo. Stile contemporaneo La spiaggia è a 2 isolati di distanza con un parcheggio privato solo per i residenti di Sea Isle. Marina e ristorante / bar, parco per bambini e campo da basket completo, campo da tennis e piscina del quartiere (aperto Memorial Day-Labor Day) si trovano tutti all'interno di un paio di isolati a piedi della casa. C'è anche un molo privato che si estende nella baia solo per i residenti. Sì, puoi sentire la spiaggia! Questa casa è mantenuta e arredata meglio della maggior parte delle altre case in affitto, perché è anche il nostro posto divertente. Vieni una volta e tornerai ancora e ancora. Accettiamo solo piccoli gruppi che soggiorneranno presso la casa con rare eccezioni. Assolutamente non sono ammesse feste di invito aperte o superiori agli abitanti pagati convenuti. È richiesta una descrizione dettagliata del / dei vostro / i animale / i che potrebbe influire sul leasing di questa proprietà.

Loved the house. It was great and a few blocks from the water. The only issue was that there is no way to get from the downstairs to the upstairs inside the house. You have to climb the outside stairs and the kitchen was upstairs so the people sleeping downstairs had to come up and take the chance of waking up the ones upstairs when opening the front door.

Plus - lots of parking, room for a boat, lots of games and good kitchen with table to play games, really clean beach with short drive, good communication with host. Negative - Up stairs bathroom cannot be reached without going through with one of the two bedrooms. Downstairs bunk bed requires going through the other bedroom to get to the downstairs bathroom. Overall condition of house outside was not as good as we expected (pealing paint). Safety - A motion light is definitely needed to go up and down the dark stairs at night. Falling hazard.

House was very clean. Only issue was that the the 2 levels are not connected inside - they are essentially separate units and the access is only by going outside which was a bit cumbersome

With in a walk to the beach. Very quit neighborhood and neighbors were friendly. The vibe of the house itself was awesome reminded me of my room in high-school with rock memorabilia all throughout the house.

The check-in was great, no problems. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, but was missing a few important (in my opinion) items: like coffee cups, wine glasses. I think some plastic plates and cups would be great. We had four kids 8 and younger and they really liked to eat on the porch. Every time they went there, I was worried they were going to break something

My family of 10 stayed here while my we attended our daughter Fasa Nationals for softball. We enjoyed our staying here . My older kids enjoyed the bench while the younger ones enjoyed the pool more .

Home away from Home - But beachier

This property has everything you need from towels to paper towels.You can’t be bored here and at tbe same time you can relax all you need. The house decor makes for a super fun game of “I spy”! Art work covers the inside walls with some classic musical anrtist and a TV in EVERY ROOM. Cleanliness gets 10 plus stars! Spacious yard and plenty of sun bathing spots or shade if you prefer. The kitchen is a chefs delight. Grocery stores close by and plenty of room in the fridge and freezer. The beach is a little walk or short drive away. The marina is .2 miles away, we walked and met the friendliest people alone the way. The entire community is welcoming and cheery. Check in and check out goes smooth because of the detailed information and instructions. House has terrific AC on top and bottom floors. And if you’re a workout / running junkie there is workout equipment and SO MANY running spaces! The host is super communicative. We will be back and hope to be able to book this place again. We loved the location, the beach house, and the community. My mom, son, and I had the best time and the most comfortable place to make memories!

My Stay at Rocking Wave

This is a house I would recommend to anyone that will be visiting Galveston. The house was clean, the yard is large and everything you need was supplied including toys!! The neighbors were friendly and started throwing footballs with my grandsons. I loved my stay !!

Peaceful weekend

The owner had the best communication I have ever experienced! The house was just as described and the neighborhood is close to beach access. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again

The home is warm and welcoming….it more than met our needs. It’s was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The evening breezes on the upper deck were relaxing and enjoyed every night.
