Questo luminoso e spazioso 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno sarà il tuo posto felice! Viste spettacolari dal balcone, dalla zona giorno e dalla camera da letto principale. 6 posti letto comodamente. I condomini Dawn si trovano direttamente sul Seawall con 2 piscine del resort e vasca idromassaggio. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale molto comodo e una grande cabina armadio. La seconda camera da letto si trova nella zona soppalcata e si affaccia sul soggiorno e condivide la vista sull'oceano. Situato in posizione centrale vicino a negozi, ristoranti e attrazioni turistiche. Complesso è recintato con accesso pedonale aggiuntivo dalla Seawall, e un sacco di parcheggio non assegnato. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, macchina da caffè Keurig, tostapane, pentole, stoviglie e utensili. Lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. Cuscini e coperte extra. Al 3 ° piano senza ascensore. Le piscine non sono riscaldate.

It was so much fun staying in this beautiful and clean beach condo. Julie has thought of everything to make the vacation relaxing… Beach towels, chairs, games, lots of phone charging outlets, Lots of Keurig coffee pods, the beach view from the balcony was wonderful. I wish my kids were with me on this trip as they would have loved the spiral staircase with beds in the loft upstairs. Just in case you miss the parking fee of 40 for 3 days or 50 if you stay longer can be purchased in building #2. Also make sure you find the condo before you walk all your luggage up the wrong green set of stairs like we did as there is no elevator. I highly recommend this condo with the very attentive owner Julie who is very quick to return messages. The 2 pools are clean and beautiful. I have more kind things to say especially that I am so thankful I found this rental because my vacation was better because of it. PS there are a lot of different codes to memorize so write them all down to keep them all straight: the car entry gate, home door, beach gate, exercise room, etc.

The house was clean and cute! We had everything we needed. Julie, our host, was easy to get a hold of and so helpful. It was right across from the beach. Beautiful view! And they had sand toys, boogie boards, and other beach things. That was really nice for our kids to play with. They also loved the fun spiral staircase to their own room upstairs. We would definitely stay here again!!

This is our 4th time staying at The Dawn. We usually have a great time. Different rentals each stay. This host was the beat so far. Very easy to communicate and get help/answers. The only issue with this stay was that there was a large gathering at the larger pool, which is where most people enjoy swimming, but the crown was loud and took made the relaxing environment we hoped for to be more stressful. Otherwise, the stay was great. Jody in the office was a delight.

Loved the mermaid lookout

We had a wonderful week at the Mermaid Lookout. Location is close to everything without feeling in the middle of it all. Easy access to the beach and the pools are great. Would love to stay here again. Our daughter loved the Mermaid theme and views from the Loft bedroom. Thank you for a wonderful vacation spot.

We loved staying here!! The location was great and it wasn’t too crowded where we were. Walked right across the street to the beach and we loved the balcony beach view. Our condo had everything we needed and it was a cozy nice home away from home.

Overall Great Experience

The Condo was exactly as advertised and allowed my family to have a great weekend away. Walking distance to the beach and Wal-Mart across the street. Everything in the condo worked great, was clean and was comfortable. We would stay here again if we come back to Galveston.

Fantastic

It was just what we needed. The property owner was very responsive and very quick to respond any time i had a question. The views were awesome from the balcany and master and even the loft of the ocean. Walmart is right across from where you enter to park so if you need anything its right there.

Great Stay & Communication

Accommodations were perfect. The bed and bedding were very cozy; a huge plus. Very convenient location to getting to the beach. The pools at the property were also great. Will definitely return for another stay!

Magnificent for my mermaids

This location was perfect for our family who love the ocean and shelling at the beach. The amenities were great and worked well, it was clean and mostly quiet. Beds were comfy and this space comfortably slept everyone. We would love to stay there again.

The room was beautiful with the decor and the view was just perfect but some cleaning, maintenance and a little improvement would be nice. The restroom had a horrible odor of urine in there that lingered through our stay. The toilet kept running and we had to constantly keep fixing the pump. The most unpleasant thing was the mattresses. We have not been in an old spring mattress since I can’t recall. We slept very uncomfortable the 2 nights because the mattresses. We have stayed in lots of places and I have to admit those mattresses were the worse. My husband and I both woke up with severe back aches. Like I mentioned room was beautiful but when things like the issues I had defeats all other things. I hate to say but I won’t be booking this room again unless these issues are fixed.

Lonestar Rally Getaway

The property manager, Julie, did a great job of communicating with me. The place is clean a d has a beautiful view of the Ocean. Parking isn't cheap, but it's all fenced in, which is nice when you ride a motorcycle. I would definitely stay here again.

a quant condo with a great view

Perfect location

We had an amazing time at Mermaid Lookout! Absolutely zero complaints. The condo itself is beautiful with a great view and useful amenities. The location could not be any better in my opinion. The beach is a short 5-7 minute walk and you pass right by the pool coming and going! Close to restaurants, shopping and Walmart is right across the street. We definitely plan on returning in the future!
