First time we have been treated this way by the owner of the condo. He never answered our calls nor did he respond with a caring response once we found out through our (barely speaking English hard to understand) VRBO lady.She did say that she contacted Brett the owner and that we would receive a full refund. We are hoping that will include the 33 cancellation insurance fee as well. We were put on hold and the call took an hour. We were tired from our drive in from south Louisiana. I'm 65 and drove the whole way and we were there to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday. Check in is at 4:00pm we didn't hear that it was double booked until 7:08pm We had to spend over 600 for a room at the Holiday Inn. Very disappointed.
