Hotel in zona Vicino al West End, Galveston

“Well, our door kept getting jammed and at one point we were stuck in the room and couldn't get out. Certainly didn't help that the lady who answered the phone to help us was rude and snappy. There was mold growing in our vent, the A/C didn't work well unless it was completely turned down, the mini fridge barely cools, the pillows are WAY too big for anyone to sleep comfortably on, the bathroom was a mess, the bed was made with all sheets inside out and the breakfast was far over-priced and not...

“Parking lot seemed a little sketchy because a professional looking police camera was set up in parking lot. Needs remodeling and needs more staff. Needs new beds and bedding. Stay on 4 th floor if you want to avoid so much noise. Walls are thin. Breakfast was also a 2 star. The price seemed really good but for 50 a day more could have been much better and more centrally located. That all being said I wont be staying at this particular Laquinta again.”

“The flooring is damaged, there was a fan in the hallway on the floor, the wifi was down, and the light fixtures had some kind rusty wear and tear on it. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The night clerk was very hospitable. I did get a message the weekend before saying they had wifi problems but hoped it would be restored by the time I arrived. It wasn’t.”

“The hotel was decent overall. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the hotel could use some updates. The elevator takes forever and they smelled terrible. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. It wasn't amazing, but it was a good place to stay for a short trip price was ok with it being across from the beach, could have been cheaper. The breakfast was nothing but starch no meats. If you would like a good breakfast go to Gypsy joint the food was delicious.”

“Hotel dall'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camere spaziose e sopratutto molto confortevoli e pulite. Colazione abbondante e molto apprezzato il fatto che durante il giorno ci fosse il caffe sempre a disposizione. Utilissimo il computer nella reception con stampante annessa a disposizione dei clienti, nel nostro caso abbiamo avuto un problema con l'apertura di un file pdf (biglietto aereo) e la ragazza alla reception ci ha subito risolto il problema.”

“The property pictures show ocean views yet I was told that the King rooms do not have ocean views after I booked 3 nights with a balcony. Jen I walked into a room that looked like someone was still in it. The bed was not made, trash and towels dirty on the floor. I was then placed in an ADA room with a view of the condos next door and street light that shined directly into my room. There was no hot water, I took lukewarm showers. The room floor felt dirty and I found trash from the last occupant...
