Sarai a bordo piscina pur essendo a pochi passi dalla spiaggia! Siamo situati vicino alla più grande delle due piscine che The Dawn ha da offrire. Inoltre gli ospiti avranno parcheggio custodito e monitorato, accesso a una club house e una palestra completa. Siamo situati sulla Seawall e molto vicini a tutte le attrazioni che Galveston ha da offrire! Unità al primo piano, senza scale !!!

Inserimento - Inserimento codice senza chiave, rimuove il fastidio di occuparsi di un altro set di chiavi! Primo piano, facile accesso al parcheggio.

Sala principale: un open space decorato con gusto che offre comodi posti a sedere per la famiglia e gli amici. Una smart tv da 48 "ti consente di accedere a tutti i tuoi servizi di streaming preferiti, è disponibile anche un lettore blu ray. Il divano si trasforma anche in una cuccetta full size.

Back Patio - Arredato con due sedie e poggiapiedi e un facile accesso alla piscina con il nostro cancello!

Cucina - Completamente fornita con pentole, padelle, posate, piatti, tazze, utensili e altre forniture di cottura di base. Caffè e tè sono gratuiti e possono essere preparati tramite una pentola o un baccello.

Camera da letto: letto matrimoniale con vista sulla piscina. La TV è configurata per un lettore Blue Ray, così come la tv via cavo o la possibilità di accedere a uno dei tuoi account di streaming che potresti avere. La stanza è leggera, luminosa e molto confortevole.

Armadio - Completamente fornito con cuscini extra, lenzuola, trapunte, asciugamani, teli mare e un cuscino pieghevole per una persona.

The location was excellent for going to the beach. The pool on-site was maintained beautifully and convenient access from the unit. The unit appeared clean however as others have stated there was an incredibly strong mildew/mold smell. I presume the air isn’t ran when the unit isn’t occupied so the humidity sits and causes issues. I unfortunately have breathing issues and allergies so I woke up feeling terrible after just one night there. The couches and bed were comfortable and the location felt safe. I am only docking one star for the mildew issue and due to the fact that I did not receive the access codes or anything until I reached out to them after 8 o’clock at night the day of check in. Once I reached out they did reply timely, it would have been nice for them to provide the information ahead of time without the need for additional prompting.

I love that this place was a very short walk to the beach. You walk through the courtyard, by the pool, and out the front gate to see the beach. There is a convenient store you do have to walk in front of to get to the intersection to cross the road and get to the beach. The pool looked really cool, but we never used it. The house itself was nice, but a But smaller than I expected. It was perfect for two adults and two small kids; I wouldn’t recommend any more than that. smaller than I expected.beach.

The inside of the condo and the outside grounds and pool area were very clean and enjoyable. The beach is right across the street from the condo. Bring your own beach chairs and wagon, the ones they had on their patio were rusted. Also the outside furniture on the back patio was dirty and not suitable to sit in. But the inside of the condo was great and we thought the pool was very nice. No beach view, but still a very nice place to stay.

The condo was spacious. Updated shower. Comfortable bed and sheets. Updated washer/dryer. All you need for a kitchen. Complementary coffee kcups. Couches need a cleaning. Have a “used” smell. The condo has air fresheners and I think the smell of the couches are overpowering them. Makes the condo smell musty. Plus, the oil diffusers have lost their effectiveness. Need to replace the sticks. Not a big issue and it’s not over bearing but something that can easily be remedied for a fresher property.

This property is very well equipped with everything you need. The owner was responsive to my concerns. However, the oven smoked when i tried to use it and there was no water or ice in the refrigerator. There was a musty smell in the apartment. The bed creaked and sagged in the middle so bad that one of us slept on the couch every night. I complained about the oven and refrigerator to the owner. I got a quick reply. I hope the issues will be taken care of so the next tenant will have a more pleasant experience. It was frustrating to be called by VRBO support and texted by the owner an hour after checkout to be told they thought i was still there and my belongings were there. I would have appreciated (and i had requested) that the owner contact me when he knew this was a mistake. I heard nothing and had to assume all was well. I dont plan to rent this place again. It leaves me not interested in VRBO, either.

We really enjoyed this property. The owner was easy to communicate with and resolved any issues quickly. We enjoyed that the pool was very close to the unit and the unit was ground level. Walmart was also across the street which was convenient for drinks and snacks!

Unit was terrific. I'm always a big fan of a separate bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Close to restaurants. View of the pool courtyard was fantastic. Access to the beach was great. Exploring Galveston was a ball. Looking forward to visiting Galvaston again. I will look to this unit first.

The condo met all of our needs and then some! Very comfortable couch and bed. Bathroom and living room were lovely. We used the patio almost everyday. The kitchen and laundry were awesome. especially liked that it was only steps from parking! Thanks so much! I Cathy
