Bring your boat and take advantage of this home's boat lift and fish some of Texas' best bays for catching Speckled Trout, Red fish and Flounder minutes away from the dock! If you don’t bring a boat, no worries. There are 2 kayaks available with life jackets and paddles, just10$ each per day. There are flood lights and an underwater green light that attract fish to your dock. Bring your day's catch back and make use of your own cleaning table with water and electricity available. There are also 2 crab traps you are welcome to bait and set out. The beautiful nearby beaches are just a short distance away and downstairs you will find an enclosed, dual heated shower to rinse off the sand from the day's fun in the sun! We also have lawn chairs you can carry to the beach. Whether you come with a boat or not, you'll be sure to enjoy the water views from the wrap-around decking upstairs! There's plenty of seating for lounging and enjoying your favorite cocktails and taking in the beautiful sunset! There is a pellet grill, picnic table, and corn hole game downstairs for your enjoyment.

This home features an open living area with a 65" TV, WI-FI, granite counters in the kitchen and stainless appliances. The largest suite has a king size bed with adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a stackable full-size clothes washer and dryer in this bathroom for your use. The second room features a queen size bed and features a 40" television for your viewing pleasure. The third room features two twin size beds. There is a full size bathtub in the bathroom in between the second and third rooms.

All bedding and bath towels/hand towels/wash cloths and kitchen towels are provided for you.
