Wake up steps from the beach in this comfortable studio at the San Luis Resort on Seawall Boulevard. Enjoy full access to the resort’s amenities, including the tropical Cove pool with swim-up bar, hot tub, fitness center, and more—all just across the street from the sand.
On alternating Fridays the condominiums receive a deep clean and any needed maintenance, so check-in on those Fridays is 5 PM. Early pool access is still available on those days.

Ideal for a couple or solo traveler looking for a convenient beachfront retreat with resort-style perks. While staying in the condos you have access to a private gated parking garage at no charge. That is very convenient to the rooms. If you would like to use the hotel valet, it is around $40 per day.
NO SMOKING ANYWHERE IN THE UNIT OR ON THE BALCONY (this includes vaping). Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas on the resort property, such as outside the hotel`s rear (west) entrance. Violations result in a $500 fine plus cleaning costs, which will be charged to and paid by the guest.

Please wash non-disposable dishes before and after each use.
Please message us when checking out to arrange returning bracelets, fobs and keycards. There is a $150 charge for each fob and bracelet not returned; that is what the resort charges us.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
No parties or events.

San Luis Resort Condo Rules: any fines or fees assessed by the resort for violations during your stay will be charged to and paid by the guest.
- Luggage carts: Please return carts to garage level P2 or P3 right after use. Carts may not stay in the unit more than 1 hour or overnight ($500). Do not remove the tracking tag ($300 plus replacement). Damage to a cart is $500 plus repair.
- Noise: A second noise complaint to security results in a $500 fine.
- Trash: Never leave trash, pizza boxes or trays in walkways, lobbies or stairwells, even briefly ($250 per day). Please use the garbage chute in the east stairwell.
- Pets: Keep pets leashed in all common areas and clean up after them ($500).
- Balconies: Do not throw anything off the balcony or feed birds ($500). No bikes on balconies.
- Walkways: Do not leave items in walkways or common areas ($250 per day).
- Parking: Use only the unit`s assigned parking spot. Improperly parked vehicles are towed, plus a $250 fee. Oversized or raised trucks may park in the hotel lot for free with a pass from the front desk.
- Staff: Please be courteous to resort staff; abusive conduct can lead to removal from the property.
- Keys, fobs and pool wristbands: These come from your host, not the hotel front desk. The resort cannot replace lost or deactivated ones, so please return them all at checkout.
- Laundry: If you use the coin laundry on your floor, please leave it clean and don`t leave items behind ($500).
