● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 15 guests must be approved prior to booking.

One room boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, another offers a restful night`s sleep with two queen beds, and the third provides cozy comfort with a queen-sized bed. Need extra space for the whole crew? Head up the spiral staircase to the loft area. Here, you`ll find a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for additional guests or a fun sleepover retreat for the younger crowd.
But the fun doesn`t stop there! Descend to the ground level and discover the ultimate entertainment zone – a massive game room! Challenge your friends and family to a game of ping-pong or foosball, or catch a movie on the big-screen TV. This floor also has additional sleeping arrangements with 3 full-over-queen bunk beds, making Casa Del Mar ideal for families and groups of all sizes.
And finally, step outside to your own private oasis! Unwind on the wraparound porch swing on the main level, or soak up the sun on the expansive cement patio surrounding the sparkling in-ground pool downstairs.
