Built in 1915, this two-story craftsman style home with fascinating history was meticulously restored to its original beauty with added modern amenities and convenience. Preserved and restored original wood floors, wood trims and shiplap walls are now combined with high end upgrades and comfort features. This home is exquisitely furnished with both high end and antique pieces with four bedrooms upstairs decorated in Four Elements theme (Air, Water, Earth, and Fire).

Fully equipped brand-new kitchen boasts high-end stainless-steel appliances including French door refrigerator, separate wine refrigerator with beverage section, convection microwave, stove gas cooktop, large oven and super quiet dishwasher. Gorgeous copper vent over the cooktop combined with original chimney adds old charm and cozy atmosphere. We also provide small appliances, such as food processor, 4 slice toaster, electric boiler, two different coffee makers. A variety of coffee, tea, snacks, breakfast cereals - all individually packaged for quality and safety. For your convenience we stock up the refrigerator and wine refrigerator with bottles of water. Huge dining room features large solid wood dining table with plenty of space to hang out and enjoy your breakfast with a cup of coffee.

Living space is equipped with plush seating arrangements as well as 75” smart TV in the living room and a smaller TV in the bunk bed bedroom. We provide free access to basic Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions for movie streaming. High speed WIFI will allow you to use any number of your own devices without slowing down internet.

For a great night sleep, we equipped four bedrooms upstairs with highest quality plush mattresses, super soft ultra-comfortable and hypoallergenic linen, highest quality Tempur-Pedic gel pillows as well as several additional pillows to use. Each bedroom is equipped with slip on LED lamps suitable for business travelers who need to catch up on projects.

Two brand new bathrooms upstairs feature deep, cast iron clawfoot soaker tub in the first one and a marble tile shower in the second. We also have a brand-new bathroom with walk in shower downstairs as well as a super cute half bath under the staircase on the first floor. Bathrooms have all the necessities, including a selection of great quality towels, lighted 10x mirrors, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, , soap, as well as individually wrapped makeup remover pads, loofahs, body lotion, toothpaste, bath salts and facial emollient masks for your relaxing bath time!!

Two gorgeous porches and a spacious breezy balcony which will become your favorite the moment you step into it. The home is located on a fully fenced large lot with plenty of outdoor space.

Safety and Security
The entire residence is yours during your stay! It is fully fenced with manual drive in gate and two keyed walk-in gates, one in the front and one in the back of the property. This residence has 7 outdoor security camera system covering the entire yard as well burglary and fire alarm system inside. You can park at least 3 cars on the driveway inside the property and there is also plenty of street parking on first come first serve basis. The property has stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility This beautiful home survived many hurricanes since it was built 1905 and it has never been flooded although the street can flood during the major events. Please be assured that comprehensive cleaning and sanitization is done before you arrive. Hand sanitizers are available for your safety!
