A peaceful haven, the primary bedroom is expansive and sun-filled. The home's washer/dryer and a sliding barn door leading to the en suite bathroom are available in this space. The additional rooms are as well-prepped for all your family members with perks like a crib and children's toys.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Mold, dust, and BROKEN

Do NOT rent this house. On top of all the issues, they're not willing to make it right. 1. I had rented a 3 bedroom beach house but upon arrival received push back from the agency(vacasa) on access to the downstairs bedroom. 2. Upon being finally given access to the room, we found that out had been flooded at some point as the room smelled of paint and MOLD. There was mold growing in between the floor planks. I have photos. 3. The front door would not close unless deadbolted and also had no shades which sucks due to the doors facing the afternoon sun and that everyone down the road can see inside the living room where I had to have 2 kids sleep... because we couldn't use the other bedroom. 3. Pool access advertised from May - Sept...it was closed. 4. The dryer didn't work. 5. No hot water(we tried) in the kitchen at all. 6. Caked on dust on everything. All pictures and decorations were disgusting. 7. Icing on the cake...when we stripped the beds, there were stains of God only knows what all over the mattress covers and pillows. The complete lack of any resemblance of sanitary out the window. After weeks of communication trying to get a partial refund of about 30%, the "local team" informed me they were only going to approve 15 a day. What a joke. I have asked to be contacted by the property owners or whoever is actually liable for this property in case anyone in our party ended up sick due to mold exposure. (No I didn't allow anyone to stay downstairs).

Amazing location and beautiful home.

Love the location and the home is beautiful, my only complains was the cleanliness, broken remotes or dead batteries and no coffee for guest (not huge deal). Biggest issue was the cleanliness of the couches and kitchen area. Couch had stains which is not a huge deal because this home is so family friendly the issues was that when recliners open they were full of crumbs and the couches smell a bit, due to the crumbs some small bugs were found on couch. Some kitchen drawers had some food crumbs too. Besides this issues home accommodated all of our family and we had a great time.

Great vacation spot

We loved the house and the neighborhood. Our family enjoyed fishing, crabbing, floating, and swimming in the canals. The sunsets were spectacular over the water in the evening. The house was comfortable, clean, and had mostly everything that we needed. The boat dock area was our favorite place to hang out with our family. There are many barnacles on the dock ladder so be careful when exiting the water because they are really sharp. The only negative that i can really think of is the carpet and furniture staining from allowing pets.
