“Enjoyable stay, the hotel is clean. However, this is my second time staying, don’t like the parking you need to park on the street during check in which most of the time downtown Davenport there isn’t parking after check in they open the gate. Just annoying.”

“I arrived at 10:45 PM with a confirmed reservation. The person at the front desk was counting coins and, when I greeted him and mentioned my reservation, he interrupted me and indicated (with gestures) that I had to wait until 11:00 PM. I waited and returned at 11:05 PM. He assisted me reluctantly, shaking his head and murmuring. After going to my room, I realized the key hadn’t been activated. “From the parking lot viewing into the indoor pool area, it appeared there was a nice pool inside. Sadly, it was drained of water and not in use. The front entry has had a sign on it stating, "use the other door (for 9 months or so)". The furniture was dated and worn in my room. “If you just need a place to sleep and leave then it’s fine. But it’s dirty and needs major renovations. Staff while friendly was missing and not on property at check in. They don’t have an Expedia computer so they have to call to confirm your renovation. Wouldn’t recommend unless you just need someplace to sleep. It’s in a good area though. Mall is next door”

I said, what room # and how to I get to it, he replied, it's in there and that was it. “Don’t even try to stay here. Arrived at 930pm and all lights in lobby were off and no staff to be found. Had to find another hotel. ”

“We were unaware of pet fee when booking on expedia, somehow missed the hidden $75 fee. Along with that fee for an our very well behaved, non-shedding dog, we paid an already high amount for a beat up room. There were many damages to the room, dead bugs on the floor, muddy paw prints in the bathroom and sticky tile. Everything else was average and did not seem to add up to our payment for this. “Arrived at the hotel and was met with a horrible smell. The hallway was dark and gave a sketchy vibe. Stairs were the only option to the other floors. The door to my room did not line up to the door frame and had to be shoved open and closed. The interior locks had been moved and changed, but not painted over.
