“Comfortable bed, but could have used a blanket. Was fairly clean, (under bed was dusty, floor corners around tub dirty ) broken heater/cooler, needs updating. No Pool ,No breakfast. Okay for the price.”

“The hotel looks like it might be starting some remodeling. Maybe new windows. Carpeting really needs replaced. Very disappointed in the bathroom. We really wanted a bathtub but there was no plug. Room overall clean and bed comfortable. We really just wanted a bath and bed. Bed did not disappoint.”

“When asked about the pool, staff said there is no pool even with me standing at the pool door with my two kids. The breakfast wasn't actually available. Staff was rude when asked about anything. Black mold in the windows and heater/ac unit. The door latch lock was broken off the door to our room and when asked for a new one or a new room the desk lady tried refusing at first too saying it would be done tomorrow to anything I said it was done later that day as they didn't want to move us. “Mold in the bathroom, I couldn’t even take a shower, hallways were dingy and carpet were stained, and it smelt musty. I even left early. I was supposed to stay two days, but I only stayed for one night slept on top of the sheets. I’ve never seen a hotel. This bad I left early got a hotel right down the street for one night at the park and it was night and day difference. I would go to the spark by Hilton. They also didn’t give me my $100 back which I had to pay a $100 deposit and they took that.”

“The age of this hotel shows. A fresh coat of paint and some minor fixture repairs would go a long way. Helpful staff added a lot to the stay. The free breakfast was OK, not great.”

“I called the property to see if they had a room on the main level as I'm in a wheelchair and unable to do stairs. The person who stated that they were infact in the Davenport hotel said that they had 1 room left on the main floor. We arrived at the hotel less than 30 minutes later and booked a room through Expedia. I go inside and had to call for the attendant to come to the front desk--it was 10 pm and we were exhausted.
