“The hotel was updated and clean, however we could not turn the heat down in our room. Then due to the open layout of the hotel we were awaken very early on a Saturday morning to the sound of racers gathering in the lobby for the St. Patty's day run.”

“Was a very clean room. Tons of pillows on the bed in which I loved. Somehow got a top floor room with a great view of the river. ”

“Horrible, and I would not have made it a big deal had they given my money back but I got there saw the place looked nothing like the pictures and wanted my money back instantly. Literally 5 mins after it was booked. They refused to give me any kind of refund. I was on the phone an hour had to call 2x the whole time my kids are in the car bc they refused to give me my money. I’m still trying to get my money back for a room I never stayed at. DO NOT BOOK!!! They steal peoples money refuse refunds....

“Walking in the smell of mold and smoke was strong. Got key to room, again the smell was pretty gross, found black dots all over the bed. The pool was closed.. looked for good. I couldn’t stay there is canceled and left.. elevator last inspected 2021”

“Only stayed one night. The breakfast was adequate; some of the food was a little cold (specifically the eggs). The variety of food available was awesome! Loved our room.”

“We wouldn’t even take a shower there due to how nasty the bathroom tub was. Which for me was hard for a Two night stay. We checked the beds as we always do and no bugs was there or no bed bug spots or no roaches came which was a plus but they need to use bleach or something to get those bathrooms cleaned better. Staff was really nice, restaurant next door is a hard no but it was the only thing around. Hotel just needs to be updated and deeply cleaned ”
