“Enjoyable stay, the hotel is clean. However, this is my second time staying, don’t like the parking you need to park on the street during check in which most of the time downtown Davenport there isn’t parking after check in they open the gate. Just annoying.”

I said, what room # and how to I get to it, he replied, it's in there and that was it. “No toilet paper or towels.... super old property with the oldest comforter and pillows ive ever seen. I just wanted to get outs there.”

“I arrived at 10:45 PM with a confirmed reservation. The person at the front desk was counting coins and, when I greeted him and mentioned my reservation, he interrupted me and indicated (with gestures) that I had to wait until 11:00 PM. I waited and returned at 11:05 PM. He assisted me reluctantly, shaking his head and murmuring. After going to my room, I realized the key hadn’t been activated. “If you just need a place to sleep and leave then it’s fine. But it’s dirty and needs major renovations. Staff while friendly was missing and not on property at check in. They don’t have an Expedia computer so they have to call to confirm your renovation. Wouldn’t recommend unless you just need someplace to sleep. It’s in a good area though. Mall is next door”

“From the parking lot viewing into the indoor pool area, it appeared there was a nice pool inside. Sadly, it was drained of water and not in use. The front entry has had a sign on it stating, "use the other door (for 9 months or so)". The furniture was dated and worn in my room. The TV channel guide was outdated and some of the channels listed unavailable: TCM. The morning free breakfast choices are few. I drove down to exit 1 and stopped at McDonalds. “Don’t even try to stay here. Arrived at 930pm and all lights in lobby were off and no staff to be found. Had to find another hotel. ”

“Trying to locate the place at night was a bit difficult. Having a lit sign out front would help. The check in staff at night was kind - but I had to ask where to park, where the elevators where, etc. She gave little to no direction. Our room was very spacious and great for the price. However the overflow drain in the sink was covered in black mold, there was pubic hair in the shower, and when we moved the furniture to use the pull out couch there where old check in cards and food crumbs...
