“お湯出なかった。元栓閉まってたみたい 空港まで近いけど道はデコボコ。スーツケースだと厳しい。送迎なし 朝ごはんは7時から。 ホテルは新築ですごく綺麗だからもったいない。”

There was no towels, there was dust everywhere and bedsheets have probably not been changed from previous guests, since there were hair and dirt.when we asked for the towels, the staff provided us with a used towel taken from the pool area.
