“I don't know where to start. The whole experience was 10/10 - from check in to check out. The staffs were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our rental was always clean and spacious. The property provided transportation to our rental. Everything was accessible. ”

“For a nice resort the staff is untrained and rude. Very slow and have to wait a long time, International travelers beware of language problems and delays due to misunderstanding. So many kids at resort that I would not recommend for couples! We got an ocean view suite and the room was pretty nice but a bit dated and not cleaned too well. Smelled like cleaning fluids. Good for one night I think but that's it!”

“Beautiful room. Easy walk into Grand World and free shuttle to Vin Wonders. Had interconnecting rooms which is great for families. Included breakfast was lovely and has plenty of options. ”
