“This isn't a hotel, it's an apartment as stated. That means more room, more (r)homey vibe and a more private stay. We absolutely loved it. Granted, the information was sparse but communication thru the Hotels.com app worked and (ones we figured it out fully) the door opening-site online worked a charm!
