“Very and very nice I don't know why this hotel has negative comments but I've already stayed at this hotel for the 3rd time with my girlfriend and I've never had a problem and the rooms are always clean and smelly, and it's very quiet no one bothers you or anything I highly recommend”

“Yes the room was spotless, the room made it great stay, the staff was great nicee amenities. The front sign was dark on the street and also the logo on the building was half lit. This made hotel hard to find in the dark. Over all a great experience. Thank you. ”

“The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a kitchen and a guest living room in the hallway, with other rooms surrounding them. The bathroom is public but has privacy, which is okay. The room is quiet, and, most importantly, it is close to Brown and RISD if you are visiting either, since the hotel is on College Hill. The booking assistant, Stefano, responded very quickly each time I needed anything. Overall, it's quite nice and clean.”
