“Place is great. Like most Airlines and Airports, there are restriction with simple carry on nesscesities like toothpaste and toothbrush. Do have fraustration with having stay in your Hotel for 3 nights. Basic nessesscity should be included for overnight clients. Overall, we rated your Hotel best in its class. “There was nothing I did not like! I especially want to to mention how helpful the security personnel was for my sister. We had a situation that required help from the security staff and they were more than willing to assist. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and rectify the situation with professionalism and grace.”

“The breakfast was good. Hot coffee. Our room had a very strong order of carpet fresh covering up an underlying condition. Carpet could use to be replaced. Exterior door near our room did not unlock with our room key. Broken mechanism ”

“We have always stayed at this hotel when traveling. We experienced an issue with our room (328) during our stay Easter weekend. WE also experienced same issue in September 2025 when we travelled here for brother funeral. The room is always clean but yet it smells VERY dusty. The room we had in April 2026 was on the top (3rd floor) like it was in September 2025. The dusty smell affected eyes, throat and I broke out with a rash. “Excellent breakfast!!!”

“Breakfast was not as advertised. Showed full breakfast bar but was only grab and go.”

“There was a Semi truck parked on the street next to the parking lot, less than 100 ft from my room and it was idling all night! I contacted the office around midnight and she said that was the agreement, I don't think City of Prattville would allow overnight truck parking on a city street, that's what truck stops are for!”

“I chose this place based on the high rating through Expedia. The staff was very nice upon check in. The lobby appears clean and smells very fresh. However, that is not what the room looked like. The chair had white stains on it and there were boogers on the wall. The floors were dirty and the room itself showed multiple signs of deterioration. Overall one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and definitely not worth the price.”

“For a no frills economical stay in Wetumpka/Millbrook area, you can’t beat it. Very clean and a convenient location. Another plus for this location is that it is across the road from Epicure/Jacks Tavern which is a FANTASTIC restaurant and bar.”
