Beaches, restaurants, grocery, boutiques all just a few minutes' walk with a trolley stop nearby to take you all up and down the coast. The house is as promised in every way with everything you need for a SoCal getaway. The yard is worthy of arboretum status and provides wonderful birdwatching opportunities. Excellent communication from host.”

Located in the gorgeous flower streets of CdM with a small ocean view…it was extremely relaxing and a great home base for our other activities in the area. We hope to return soon!”

“Loved this cottage! It was exactly as described, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes at Newport Pier, about 4 blocks from the house. They do have a small garage but we parked on the street. My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage kids.”

“Our stay at the Manzanita Cottage was so nice! When you first pull up, everything is perfectly hidden until you go through the front gate. I loved how everything was so tucked in by bushes/trees. You definitely get a perfect amount of privacy. We stayed in the green cottage and it was so so so gorgeous inside. We did a lot of walking as the beach/stores were so close. It was hard to leave and we definitely look forward to booking more trips here in the future!”
