Hotel vicino a Garden of the Dogs - Colorado Springs

“One look at the room and it was nothing like the pictures. The “suite” was in another building and looked to be more of a weekly rental property. I stood outside while my husband went in because the smell coming from the room was not a clean smell. The floor panels were separated and dirty. There were lots of people milling about outside, mostly men, so I also felt unsafe. We went to the office and got a refund and had to find another place to stay for our 5 days in town. Do NOT recommend this...

“The staff was great in all areas, super friendly. There were some hiccups checking in the original room we requested with a king bed had a broken TV, so we had to get checked into a double queen, which was much smaller. However comfortable. The bedding could use some replacing, as the down comforters have visible torn areas in many places. I noticed only blackout drapes, not a sheer present to let daylight in. Overall great experience!!!!”

“Good location south colorado springs.Comfy beds and great shower and hooks in bathroom..kitchenette in suite was good..suppose to have housekeeping every other day but they didnt come in when we were there..we went to front desk for supplies/towels we needed..also smelled big spray when we arrived in our room..room was clean though..should have plant milk at breakfast bar otherwise good overall hotel”

“There was no food or coffee left when we went down at 9:30. Parking lot had the same water bottle out in the garage for three days. Trash in garage was overflowing.”
