“Struttura nuova, pulita, non manca nulla di quello che può servire per un breve soggiorno a Ottawa. Dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice, cucina impeccabile, con anche forno e tostapane. Unico dettaglio che trovo poco igienico la tenda nella doccia, per il resto la consiglio vivamente anche per la sua posizione centrale, vicino a tutte le attrazioni di Ottawa. ”

“Good Hotel, Nice personnel at the reception (I don't think I've seen teh same person twice in a 4 days stay). Nice room (17th floor), minimalist decor, the espresso machine in the room was a great surprise. Overall a very good stay. Only, minor, issue I feel I could report is that the lights in the bathroom are very dim, making it hard to shave precisely (there was a magnifying mirror, but that got even less light). Definitely looking this place up first should I get back to Ottawa.”

I was a little concerned because I know parking can be challenging in the area and was relieved to know that they had both indoor parking and exterior parking. I was lucky enough to get there early and there were still spots in indoor parking so I opted with that. The room was fantastic, clean spacious and everything you need for several days stay. “Stayed at Swiss Hotel Ottawa and it was a surprisingly frustrating experience. What started as a normal stay quickly turned uncomfortable due to poor communication and questionable handling of a situation that didn’t warrant escalation. Instead of resolving things professionally, the response felt abrupt and unnecessary, leaving a bad impression overall. Not the kind of hospitality you expect when booking a place to relax. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a smooth, hassle-free stay”
