"Someone dumped a pile of towels near our room on Saturday. And it seems odd to have to use your room key to get into the hotel's front door at 10 a.m. Nothing was posted that said you have to do that. And I've been charged $10 for something, but I have no idea what that could have been."

"The inside of the home is perfect! Nice and clean, comfortable beds. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. The outside of the home could use some cleaning up.
