“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available. Breakfast served and it was good for a hotel breakfast. Our room (king bed) was clean and comfortable. All the amenities we needed were provided. Shower was very nice and enjoyable. There are restaurants nearby. There is also Walmart and Sam’s Club in walking distance. My only complaint was the pool. It was cold, and it felt like it never cleaned. Couldn't use it.”

Everything excellent except for pool area which was a real disappointment all 3 nights we stayed at Wichita Airport Springhill Suites. Neither pool nor hot tub were up to a comfortable temperature. The hot tub is dangerous with no step downs. Either close the hot tub or put in the standard 2‘6“ hot tub with two step downs and one...

“TV did not work when we got into room. Called the front desk to get help, was told he would be right there. After over 30 minutes and he never showed up I started looking at the hook ups to the TV and finally discovered it wasn't hooked up correctly. After fixing problem myself we called front desk again and was told he got busy, at 11:00 at night!?!”
