“We screened properties for pet friendly and this listing came up every time, but we got a call from the owner the first morning telling us they were not pet friendly. The did refund us for one night of the 2 we planned to stay. The property is in a very nice part of Newburgh. When you pull up to the property there are 15cars parked around the yard that aren’t being used, 7 are covered and one is a delivery truck and a limo. “The rental of both side of this house was perfect for our family attending a wedding nearby. The house was very clean. All the beds were very comfortable and the kids used the sofa bed and airbed in the family room and were very happy with it. Kitchen had what we needed and communication with Seth was quick and helpful when we had questions. It was convenient to all of Kingston.”

Host was amazing, provided prelit tree for us to decorate, fabulous and amazingly appointed kitchen (2 dishwashers!!!).Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are amazing (need time to enjoy that huge tub).
