“Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean room. Nice breakfast.”

“I've stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels. This one was noticeably less cared for than others. I only found one staff member who was helpful. The only other one I encountered had ear buds in while I was trying to ask a question and was visibly annoyed while I was interacting with him. Certainly not a warm and inviting atmosphere. Rooms and lobby lacked overall maintenance and upkeep (chipped paint, marks on walls, things falling under repair). Definitely did not get good vibes from...

“La chambre n'a jamais été nettoyer durant mon séjour. Pas de changement serviette , ni champoing . J'ai trouvé un cafard. Service minimum, piscine fermé??? Chambre correcte avec rélé et climatisation mais je déconseille.”
