This beautiful modern villa is located within the boundary wall of the Botanical Gardens, the only one in this place, only 2km from the town of San Felice Del Benaco. Renovated in Spring of 2021, the villa offers beautiful views of the landscape, a private swimming pool and a lush garden – perfect for those looking for a peaceful, private location while at the same time being close to amenities and within walking distance to the lake. A few steps away we also find the dock of the ferry useful for visiting the most beautiful and evocative cities of Lake Garda.

The villa develops over two floors.

On the ground floor, we find a bright air conditioned living room with large corner sofa, TV (HD flat screen TV, SKY satellite, Astra, Netflix) and fireplace, a separate dining room with table and chairs and a modern separate kitchen filled with modern appliances (American fridge equipped with ice dispenser, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, American fridge with freezer, hob, toaster, kettle, juicer, dishes, pots and utensils for every need), ideal for cooking delicious Italian meals. There is a separate laundry room with toilet, sink and washing machine.

On the first floor we find the sleeping area consisting of one double bedroom with Japanese style bed, balcony and view of the bamboo forest and partial lake view, and air conditioning; one bedroom with bunk beds; one double bedroom with Venice inspired balcony overlooking the pool and balcony, and air conditioning; one double bedroom with garden views and air conditioning. There are two separate bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub and shower head.

Outside, the villa offers a covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for al-fresco meals, barbecue and table tennis. The private swimming pool (14x3.5m) is equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas.
