“Told my room had been cancel that morning and I sat in the lobby for one hour and 25 minutes before I was able to prove to them that I had a paid for room reservation. Front desk was rude and unhelpful. Room was dirty and shabby… my carpet was duct taped to cover the rips, all furnishings were chipped and scratched . The Armchair fabric was torn with stuffing hanging out. Refused to give me the picture they took of my ID the following morning. Refused to tell me who the manager was. No movie...

“The pool area could be better. Always out of towels. Only had 1 elevator worked all week which was an inconvenience since the hotel was packed.”

“Hotel was easily accessible, had excellent breakfast and the staff was so friendly! Pool area was extremely warm, but my kids enjoyed the pool nonetheless.”

“The hotel is under renovations but it was still a mess. The smell of mold on the first floor. They tried to put carpet fresh to absorb the smell & dampness. Locations of the amenities were NOT easy to find including the elevator. The hallways a mess. The parking unsafe, dark no lights & not a lot of parking available. Just not a place I would stay again. I’ll never stay again ….. 0 stars …. Sorry!”
