This was a great holiday. We loved the common/public quarters of the flat. The garden was also really calming and perfect to relax in a quiet space. The main bedroom is a bit tiny and the second bedroom has low ceilings so not really fully functional unless you have children. You cannot walk to the beach so you need to rely on a car, but the location is close to good beaches. We really enjoyed our stay.

L'annonce est fidèle à la réalité. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Notre hôte, Eva, s'est montrée bienveillante, disponible et à l'écoute. Le souci du client est très ancré, merci beaucoup pour cet accueil. Piscine bien entretenue et terrain de tennis suffisamment proche du logement et appréciable. A proximité du restaurant La piscine qui est vraiment à faire au moins une fois et de Auchan. Eva, pour information, nous avons eu de magnifiques couleurs sur le sentier des ocres au retour ! 😊 Bonne continuation

Very friendly owners, always in touch. A bottle of wine after a long trip is another plus. A wonderful Mazet in a quiet residence. Nice atmosphere, everything is tasteful. The kitchen has everything you need. On the territory there are two swimming pools, a tennis court, and a table tennis table. If you are looking for a calm, quiet place to relax with your family, this place is right for you.

We (adult plus 2 children) had a nice week at this place. We enjoyed the small garden, the big community pool right next door and the tennis court. Everthing was as described. Just the bedrooms seemed a bit smaller than on the pictures. Eva has decorated the house in a nice style. Just a bit more bowls (small and large) and spoons would be nice. And the information on how to get the TV running was missing.

A proximité de St Tropez, Ramatuelle et leurs jolies plages, cette location idéalement située, est meublée avec goût et qualité. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour et notre hôte de bons conseils est très disponible et soucieuse du bien-être des vacanciers.

eine seriöse Beschreibung wäre hilfreich gewesen bei der Entscheidung zur Buchung. Wir (69 und 74) brauchen 2 Schlafräume. Die Fotos zeigen nicht die winzigen Gegebenheiten. 1. Raum hat ausser dem Bett noch 50 cm Platz. Das Dachfenster hat keine Öffnungsmechanismus von unten erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage pustet im winzigen Raum auf den Kopf, so dass es ungesund ist. Eva zuckte auf diese Frage nur mit der Schulter. Das 2. Zimmer mit unglaublicher Stehhöhe von 1,38 m mit hervorstehendem Balken, die Betten 18 cm über dem Boden. Es war kein Vergnügen abends hineinzukriechen auf das knarzende Bett mit 80 cm schmaler Matratze und morgens daran zu denken sich den Kopf nicht zu stossen. zum Fensteröffnen muss ein Bett abgerückt werden, das steht dann im Weg. Wir urlauben bereits das 5. Mal in Font Mourier, in verschiedenen Häusern, bisher Freude und Begeisterung pur und dafür zahlen wir gerne den entsprechenden Preis. In diesem Haus stimmen Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gar nicht . Enttäuschend und unlösbar ist es, nach langer Anfahrt aus Deutschland anzukommen und man keine Wahl mehr hat es anzunehmen. Wie soll man dann so schnell etwas anderes finden, zumal die Bezahlung im Voraus geschieht. Es ist unfair und wir denken es ist nicht seriös. Im Gesamtwohnraum gibt es Licht nur im Küchenbereich, ansonsten keinerlei Lampen. Buchlesen oder Scrabblen auf dem Sofa geht nicht. Und es wird jetzt früh dunkel. Plastikrasen im Garten hatten wir zum 1. Mal an der sonst so natürlichen Côte d'Azur.

Vacances en couple pour quelques jours en septembre 2023 dans un endroit idéal. Très bon accueil et disponibilité de la part d'Eva. Appartement entièrement équipé et en super état. Tous conforts pour s'y sentir bien et détendus. Parking privé à proximité du logement. Accès avec la location à 2 piscines et terrains de tennis privatifs, au top.! À proximité de toutes activités autour de Port Grimaud en quelques minutes en voiture. Franchement, ça a été des vacances fantastiques. Bravo et merci à Eva pour tout. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l’exactitude des photos et le logement. Petit bonus nous avons été gâtés d’une bouteille de rosé à notre arrivée. Et au départ nous avons eu le temps de longuement échangé avec Eva la propriétaire qui a été présente par sms pour nous donner de bons conseils.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Haus ideal gelegen, beste Verkehrsanbindung. Seher schönes und großes Schwimmbad direkt vor der Tür. Haus gut ausgestattet. Schönes Gärtchen mit schattigem Ruheplatz Alles ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub.

La résidence est calme. Elle est idéalement située, si l on souhaite visiter le golfe de Saint Tropez. La maison est cosy et très fonctionnelle. L hôte à été très dispo au niveau des horaires d arrivée. Nous la remercions pour sa gentillesse. Expérience à renouveler!

Das kleine Reihenhaus ist schick und geschmackvoll gemacht. Die offene Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für 4 Personen benötigt. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt und alles ist recht neu und in gutem Zustand. Die Terrasse und der kleine Garten sind vollkommen ausreichend für 4-6 Personen (wenn man auch mal Gäste hätte). Eva, die Vermieterin, ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich proaktiv (die Kommunikation fand sehr unkompliziert via SMS statt). Die gesamte Anlage (2 Pools in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie die Tennisplätze und eine Tischtennisplatte) bieten weitere Entspannungsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Buche gerne mal wieder ...

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison d’Eva. Elle est bien équipée et super propre. Le logement se situe à proximité des grands sites de la région dans une résidence sécurisée avec piscines. Eva a su être flexible quand à l’heure d’arrivée et de départ. Merci pour l’accueil.

Very nice property - reflected perfectly in the photos. Was absolutely perfect for us, 20-30 minutes to one of the various beaches for a morning swim / sunbathe, then after lunch a game of tennis and a swim at the property. Eva was a great host, helped with local information and was flexible with check in and check out. Very highly recommended, we had a great week.

Sehr schönes, renoviertes und komplett neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus! Alles wie auf den Fotos! Sehr sauber! Wir waren zu dritt und hatten ausreichend Platz. Schöne, ruhige, grüne und gepflegte Anlage mit Pools, Tennisplätzen und altem Baumbestand. Eva ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, angenehme und schnelle Kommunikation. Die Lage ist sehr gut für die Ausflüge in die nahe liegenden Dörfer und Städtchen (Saint Tropez, Gassin, Grimaud, Port Grimaud), tolle Strände in der Nähe. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen!
