“The room was clean but felt damp, especially the floor. The air conditioner wasn’t draining on the outside so that was probably the issue. Otherwise, the room was ok.”

“The check in process took an hour because they didn’t know what rooms were clean. They were so unorganized. I wont stay here again.”

“The tub/shower was awkward to stand in. The bottom wasn’t flat. Hard to stand or turn. Felt very unsafe.”

“Only marked this hotel down because it's currently undergoing renovations. Some floor trim missing and a few other minor things. Have to say we were pleasantly surprised with the continental breakfast. The breakfast serving area was hidden behind a barn door and was quite spacious and diverse! Bed was comfortable and place was quiet. Kingsport is a spacious community. Many places to eat and coffee shops, plus a mall.”

“Very nice clean comfortable room. We got in late, left early- so did not use amenities. Breakfast is not included. All luggage carts had flat wheels- which made winding on carpeted hallway to room very difficult. No staff available to help.”

“Only good thing about this place. Was Cindy super nice n friendly. The room was disgusting and full roaches every where . I guess people live there.They have cats and dogs barking all night n all day . I had to clean the bathroom. It was full of Ashes and cigarettes. I had to go and get towels and paper toilet at the front desk. At the one towel they left behind was disgusting. I will never stay there again. But cindy was the only good thing about that experience. It's like the morning lady at...

“It was a good value, its an older hotel that has some updates. The room was clean, but there are lingering smells of an old hotel. No bugs, quiet, and clean sheets/towels - that's a win in my book! This was a 1 night stay on a weekend.”

“Stayed with friends and we had fun. Hotel was clean, location was great, breakfast was okay. We spent time outside and poolside which was nice but there was a strong smell of propane that hopefully they figured out as we did tell an employee.”

“The staff was friendly upon arrival and explained how to use the wifi and what time was the breakfast. The room was very clean- the linens, bathtub and sink. The bed was very comfy.We didn't like that it had carpeted floors but they were at least clean. The TV was nice size and there was a convient desk, microwave and refrigerator and coffee maker in the room.The breakfast was great because there was about anything you could want. Parking was good. The property was in a quiet location”
