“The inn is immaculate. It is a short walk to restaurants and a bar where you can play pool. This is the best play to stay in Shasta and we have been to Shasta many, many times.”

“Easy check-in, comfy bed and plenty of pillows. Minimal noise from other travelers. Shower was warm and AC worked well. I liked that there was no carpet but the floors could have been cleaned better (didn't seem like they'd been mopped recently). Traveling with our 1 year old was easy because the room was fairly baby friendly.”

“This small motel was very comfortable and pleasant. Our room had a nice view of Mt. Shasta and it was conveniently located off the highway although we could not hear any sound. The staff was friendly and breakfast was an average continental breakfast. We would stay there again.”

“Motel nuovo o rinnovato di recente. Non ha una reception e le chiavi si ritirano nel diner li accanto, nessuna difficoltà poiché è aperto 24 ore. La camera era spaziosa, semplice ma molto pulita. L'albergo è su due piani e non ha ascensore.. Per me non è stato comunque un problema. Anche la colazione (abbondante) si consuma presso il diner.”

“We regretted staying here the whole time. There was no cold water from the tap. The internet was off and on. The room looked like nothing was changed but was renovated by fresh paint and cheap mattresses. You could hear the trains whistling and running all night. It was in a weird area and wasn’t a good stay at all.”

“Great hotel! We wanted an upscale boutique stay along I-5 in Northern California and the Mossbrae was a jackpot. Cute little town with restaurants, a microbrewery, and if you are lucky (like we were), live music. Its a beautiful spot and is 15 degrees cooler than Redding or Medford OR”

“We went to snowmobile and the snow didn’t cooperate but we settled in to our sweet thoughtfully detailed room. We were told it was the smallest of the rooms but as a couple we enjoyed it and the Mountain View’s. We took advantage of the eateries downstairs loving the Butcher Block grill gotta try the steak sandwiches!! So good. Loved exploring the area and coming back to the common areas and a toasty fire. The history of this place is so cool and got to have a lovely conversation with the owner...
