“The office lobby is clean and adorable with a cozy sitting area. There's a restaurant right there at the hotel and several local eateries in walking distance. The check in process was quick and the staff was friendly. The place and room are very cute, a cabin vibe. The room was clean, smelled clean, comfy bed, and the shower/tub was great (so clean you can even take a bath). Great place, would definitely stay here again.”

“Loved the "treehouse" vibe, sent lots of pics to our granddaughter. Rooms were clean and heater and air conditioner worked perfectly. We ate in the restaurant (Cooper's) which had delicious foods. We took dessert to our room. We didn't use the pool or gym, but we did see people in the pool, kids having a great time. This place is surrounded by towering evergreens and oh, so quiet! We would certainly go back.”

“We stayed in a 1 bedroom superior lake view chalet that had been updated with paint and new furniture. It was light and bright and very comfortable! I hope they continue to update all of their chalets.”

“Nothing wrong with the room I guess. You get what you pay for, although for the price I paid I'd like not to press up against the curtains to get out of bed. The shower & mirror were really short, but I'm tall, so I know that's a me problem. Lesson? You get what you pay for. Maybe spend the extra 50, 60 bucks & be comfortable next time.”

“The room was spacious with good natural lighting and had a very modern and efficient heating/cooling system for an old building. The location downtown was also very convenient.”

“Motel nuovo o rinnovato di recente. Non ha una reception e le chiavi si ritirano nel diner li accanto, nessuna difficoltà poiché è aperto 24 ore. La camera era spaziosa, semplice ma molto pulita. L'albergo è su due piani e non ha ascensore.. Per me non è stato comunque un problema. Anche la colazione (abbondante) si consuma presso il diner.”

“We went to snowmobile and the snow didn’t cooperate but we settled in to our sweet thoughtfully detailed room. We were told it was the smallest of the rooms but as a couple we enjoyed it and the Mountain View’s. We took advantage of the eateries downstairs loving the Butcher Block grill gotta try the steak sandwiches!! So good. Loved exploring the area and coming back to the common areas and a toasty fire. The history of this place is so cool and got to have a lovely conversation with the owner...

“Property is under construction!! Building was surrounded by bed frames, mattresses, old toilets outside of buildings!! Swimming pool was NOT filled either! I booked room based on pictures on their website!! Misleading and false advertising!! They don’t advertise any of this! I will be disputing charges!!”

“Loved the peace and quiet, love that it was a pet friendly older lodge with super nice staff.”

“Was disappointed when there wasn’t a room with a bathtub even though their photos show bath/shower combo. Manager said they’re broken. Brought a bath bomb to relax. Also their site says a coffee maker in every room. That’s laughable, they did have a coffee maker but no coffee or filters, never seen anything like this. We would only stay here as a last resort!!”
