Had a great time at the cabin with my kids! Had everything we needed and the kids had a blast. We have visited Gatlinburg many times and in various locations and this one is just minutes from the strip. Completely recommend!

Hot tub was not hot at all and I question if the water is treated with chemicals. I doubt it from the bubbly film. After running it, it never got real hot. More of a warm bath than a hot tub. The biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the place. Mice droppings and dirt hanging and falling from the exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms. Filthy windows and window sills. Cool location and place, just for the cost of it and the condition and cleanliness of the place didn’t equal the cost of it in my opinion.

Multiple doors (bedrooms and bathrooms) had faulty locks. Specifically, one bedroom lock was installed on the exterior side of the door, making it impossible to secure from the inside.We experienced persistent issues with the toilets. Specifically, one flush ran continually; we chose not to attempt any DIY repairs to avoid further damage, which left the facility unreliable.There is an active leak in the basement near the TV involving an oily substance; this requires immediate inspection.The hot tub failed to heat despite being left on for over an hour. The kids were very upset as they were looking forward to using it all evening.Basic essentials like hand soap were not provided.The pool/community center access card was missing upon arrival, requiring us to contact the property owner.

My family and I recently stayed at this cabin in Gatlinburg, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The cabin itself was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing mountain getaway. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect place to unwind and spend quality time together.One of the best parts of our stay was the hospitality from Miss Ruth. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests and wants them to have the best experience possible.Everything about the cabin made our trip special, and we truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail. Our family made some great memories here, and we would absolutely stay again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Gatlinburg!

The hottub was great and hot enough. However, there were several problems:1. Uncomfortable bed mattresses in 1st and 3rd floor beds.2. Mice droppings in the kitchen 3. Old and discolored pots and pans4. TVs not working on 1st snd 3rd floors 5. Broken window shutters on 1st floor 6. Missing bathroom rail on 2nd floor7. Thermostat on 2nd floor could not go above 66 degrees 8. Bedding is old and uncomfortable 9. Bathroom towels are rough10. Need more supplies in the kitchen to make it more attractive.

Smokies stay

We enjoyed our trip to the Smokies and thought the cabin was located in a good location but was lacking some up keep and styling. The photos showed a cute styled cabin but many of those items were not in the unit when we arrived. We also found ripped screens, missing hardware on furniture, missing closet door, a few missing kitchen items, no chalk for pool, etc. We did enjoy the hot tub and pool table!

We enjoyed our stay but rated a three for the cleanliness of the house and we feel the pictures are deceptive as far as the amount of space . The pictures made the bedrooms look larger than they are. Upstairs very hot.

Amazing location and place

We had 4 adults and 2 kids (ages 9 and 11). There was plenty of room. The kids made great use of the pool table. The kids enjoyed the lower level. All of the beds were very comfortable. The location is great. It has great access to downtown and the park entrances. It took minutes to get to downtown. It is great because it has great access to River Road so you can bypass the hustle and hustle of Parkway. We used two of the pools that you have access to. They are minutes away and not hard to find. The kids loved the pools. The cabin has everything you need. Plenty of towels and the kitchen has all the cooking tools you need. The hot tub was clean and heated up fast when we would turn it up a couple of degrees. We highly recommend this cabin.

Great cabin, great location

We loved this adorable A-frame! It’s just a few minutes from Gatlinburg, a moderately easy drive, and had everything we needed for a wonderful few days. We had rainy weather, but we still enjoyed coffee in the chairs on the covered wrap around porch and had a great time playing games inside. We loved the hottub and cooked 2 big meals and had everything we needed. Great layout for families. Great communication from the host.

Spring break Gatlinburg

This property was great and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. The location worked well for us too. Not too far from downtown Gatlinburg and Smokey Mountain National Park.
