I'll start with pros.Getting into the listing was easy with the code and directions. However, it's on the 3rd floor and no elevator. To me, that was not a problem even with an infant, but to others, it could be. The views were SO beautiful! We also saw a few bears that added to the majestic feelings paired with the views. The pools and hot tubs were just a short walk away. Now cons.Wifi was nonexistent, so the Tv was useless, and I was unable to use my cell phone while inside or on the deck. The cleanliness was subpar due to dust and mysterious stuff above the bed.The drive up and down the mountain to get to the listing was nerve-wracking due to the natural terrain.One of the two hot tubs was cold. We visited Gatlinburg and had a great time while in the city.

It was ok it wasnt the cleanest place but we made do, had problems with internet but the next they came out and fixed it, balcony was dirty, killed 3 big spiders in the living room

The condo was as expected,nice but basic.the location and views were beautiful.received a pamphlet with free tickets.thought there'd be a catch but just walked in and a few minutes later walked out with our pamphlet.saved almost 100 on 3 attractions.would stay again.

Nice, but I would have like Window Blinds

The condo was small but very nice and had plenty of room for our family of 5. The kitchen was functional. The kids loved to use the spiral staircase as a jungle gym. The place did have wifi despite saying that it didn't, so that was a welcomed surprise. The only annoyance was that the window by the downstairs bed did not have blinds, so if you want to sleep past sunrise, I hope bright lights don't bother you! The blinds were in the corner, so I guess that previous renters had broken it off. Overall, I would stay again. Oh, also, hope you don't mind curvy steep mountain roads. It wasn't bad, but it did take about 15 minutes to get down to the parkway.

Terrible- requesting refund please

I recently had a rental experience that left a lot to be desired. From the moment we stepped foot into the property, we were greeted with dead, huge bees in the bedroom upstairs. It was not only unsettling but also a clear sign of poor maintenance. Additionally, as we made our way up the stairs, we noticed long hairs of all colors dangling from the railing, which was quite off-putting. The condition of the bedding was another disappointment. The sheets and blankets were torn, giving the impression that they hadn't been replaced in a long time. It was not only unhygienic but also uncomfortable. Furthermore, we encountered stains on the carpets throughout the rental. It was clear that they hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, if at all. The balcony, which should have been a pleasant spot to enjoy the outdoors, was cluttered with unusual and mismatched furniture. It felt like an afterthought and didn't provide the relaxing environment we were hoping for. Inside, we discovered that the toilet seat had no seal, which was not only unhygienic but also an inconvenience. Given the state of the rental, we made the decision to leave after just five minutes. It was evident that the property had not been properly maintained, and we felt uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the overall experience. Great time!

We really enjoyed our stay here and hated we had to pack and go. We even got to see a family of bears one morning from our balcony. The only things is we needed was a bigger boiler in the kitchen and a can opener. And for our family of 5 the hot water didn’t last long for showers and baths. Which was a easy fix. Kids got theirs at night and my husband and I got up for an early shower.

winter vacation

if you are planning to stay here in winter time I don't recommend this place, first there is no hot water only for two people after two people taking shower hot water is gone. very outdated apartment , table was broken, bed very uncomfortable, we had no cable for 3 days after i made a big complain someone came out and fix it. after being there I started reading other people review and i notices this were the same complain , so bottom line is not a nice place for winter stay

High up on the mountain

This is a ways up the mountain which is a beautiful (and a little nerve racking) drive. The chalet is a little more dated & not in the best of shape as it appears in the photos. It can definitely use some upgrades & TLC. Only one of the 4 lights in the kitchen fixture worked. It met our needs though as a place to sleep so it was just fine. We slept a family of 6 here (kids from 2-7) and it was just fine. There are bears that’s for sure! We saw some coming up the mountain.

Worst Stay EVER

There was NO wifi, NO internet, NO cable...just a blank TV to stare at! NO table to eat at....on the THIRD floor with NO elevator....indoor hot tub and pool CLOSED....also on top ofna mountain with TERRIBLE roads very steep! Their customer service sucks and will not return my calls! Please dont waste your time here!

Outdated property with material from 1996, the smell of smoke lingered through thr air and cigarette butts were on the the patio. After we spoke up, the company changed the description on the internet say no cable just a TV. There was a HUGE white stain on the bedding. Not clean enough to feel comfortable to sleep in, my kids wanted to sleep in the car.

Horrible

Wasn’t very clean at all. There was gum stuck on the lamp shade, white stuff all over the black pillow, hair balls on the side of the bed. Smelt like cigarettes. There was a tv but no cable or Wi-Fi! The hot water Only stays hot for literally 3 minutes so you have to rush to shower! We called about the tv and nothing was done! Could have stayed in a hotel for $60 a night and got Tv, Wi-Fi and free breakfast with a hot shower! Total waist of money!

Just OK

It did the job for one night. Chairs were wobbly. Chaise's cushions have seen better days. Loft bed ... you can feel the springs through the mattress. In a word, needs the furniture replaced. I don't expect new, but furniture doesn't need to be new to be comfortable. Clean enough, but not as clean as it should be.

Nice place

This was a nice little chalet. This property is pretty far up in the mountains, and we even saw bears. The upstairs bed was very uncomfortable, but otherwise this is a nice place at a great value.
