Welcome to the Ski Bear Chalet, a charming A-frame cabin that blends comfort,

convenience, and rustic elegance in the heart of the Smoky Mountains! As you

step inside, be captivated by the vaulted ceilings and breathtaking panoramic

views of the Smoky Mountains. The open-concept great room boasts a stacked

stone fireplace and a 52” smart TV, perfect for family gatherings or quiet

evenings with a book.



The country-style kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures,

while the wraparound deck offers stunning views and fresh mountain air. Each

bedroom provides a cozy retreat with comfortable beds and smart TVs. The lower

floor is the ultimate fun zone, featuring a full-sized pool table and a

private deck with a hot tub.

Nestled on Ski Mountain, our chalet is a mere half-mile from the Ober

Gatlinburg Resort offering year-round activities--skiing, ice skating, bumper

cars, roler coaster, sky tram to downtown Gatlinburg--and minutes away from

downtown Gatlinburg. The area strikes a perfect balance between tranquility

and activity. Spend your days exploring the scenic trails of the Great Smoky

Mountain National Park or relish in the lively atmosphere of downtown

Gatlinburg. Moreover, we are conveniently located just 15 minutes away from

the family-friendly Pigeon Forge and the renowned Dollywood theme park,

offering a plethora of entertainment options for all ages.



During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire cabin,

encompassing all rooms, the game room, outdoor decks, and the private hot tub.

Our chalet is situated in a bear-friendly area, so you might encounter

occasional visits from our furry neighbors. We kindly ask that you appreciate

their presence from a distance, respecting their natural habitat.

Additionally, you'll enjoy complimentary access to the Chalet Village Owners

Club amenities throughout your stay.



Local Fun: Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages.

Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-

putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums,

and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky

Mountains National Park, hike to waterfalls, ride horseback through valleys,

picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit

tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's

dinner time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family style restaurants to

chef cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Roads:

Located on Ski Mountain in Gatlinburg, our chalet is easily accessible via

paved roads that feature some gentle curves. During the winter months, we

recommend checking the weather conditions, as a 4x4 vehicle may be necessary

for safe travels. You'll find us just minutes away from downtown

Gatlinburg—only 15 minutes to Food City, 20 minutes to Family Dollar, and 25

minutes to Pigeon Forge.



Special Dates: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT

allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day,

New Years Eve, and New Years Day.



Check-In: 4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the property.

Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door

code & check-in information.
