Bear View è perfettamente situato a pochi minuti dall'azione del centro di Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge e il Parco Nazionale della Grande Smoky Mountain. I nostri ospiti osservano le viste mozzafiato del centro di Gatlinburg e del Parco Nazionale della Grande Smoky Mountain godendo di tutti i comfort di casa.

La cabina si trova in prossimità del Great Smoky Mountain National Park e di tutte le principali attrazioni di Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg e Sevierville; A meno di 10 minuti da ristoranti, passeggiate, negozi, fontane colorate, ruota panoramica e musica dal vivo al nuovo centro di attrazione, l'isola a Pigeon Forge. Ognuno dei 3 livelli offre opzioni per soddisfare i desideri di tutti nella tua famiglia. Soffitti a volta nel soggiorno con camino, cucina completamente attrezzata. Suite con camera da letto King sul livello di ingresso principale. Suite sulla camera da letto matrimoniale e una suite con letto matrimoniale al piano inferiore. La vasca calda si trova sul ponte inferiore.

Al piano superiore è una grande area aperta soppalco con una sala ricreativa con un tavolo da biliardo che offre viste che offrono numerose distrazioni al gioco. . La cabina è abilitata Wi-Fi in tutto, quindi portatevi il tuo computer portatile e puoi rimanere "connesso" se la richiesta ti colpisce.

Excellent view!!!

We loved our stay (once my husband adjusted to the drive up the mountain)!!! The house was comfortable and clean! Used the hot tub once(also clean). The view was absolutely awesome! We did see a Momma bear and her two cubs coming back one evening...we kept our distance and so did they. We reached out to the owner a couple of times and they responded right away. I would definitely recommend this place (just prepare for a curvy, narrow, hilly drive up to the house)!!!

Family fun

It was a great place for a family stay. We even saw bears there in the front and backyard!! One even got into our car overnight. It left the doors open and muddied foot prints everywhere but no damage. What an experience!! It was fun!! It was a mother and 2 babies!!

On The Mountain

Love that there was no steep driveway to access like so many other homes we saw. Clean and updated. Loved the view and the quiet. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

It is an old house with a nice updated kitchen. Cons: AC is very noisy in the lower level bedroom and does not ventilate the upper level as well as the other floors. The grill on the front porch is rusty and dirty. The shower in the upper level bathroom smells moldy and the rooms fan does not work properly. As for the road, it has lots of steep hills and turns and is very difficult to navigate at night or in rainy/foggy conditions.Pros: Nice mountain view but partially obstructed by trees. The hottub is a plus! It was clean and comfortable. The pool table was so much fun to use too! The couches in the living room and the beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean.Thank you for hosting us!

It was okay

Fun location with great views. The place could use some updating, though, and some fresh paint. It was just fine for our annual girls trip.The kitchen is nice but missing the bottom half of the blender. Responses from hosts were prompt but we never got the bottom half of the blender. It was also missing the instructions for WiFi, how to work the TV and how to turn off that one light in the kitchen.

AMAZING VIEW of Gatlinburg

The view is worth every bit!! It is indescribable!! We loved the house it was perfect for our older kids and us to have our own bedroom space but be together for other times. Great location to the park and other attractions! “Easy” to get to from the parkway! We would definitely stay again!

Great weekend getaway spot!

The cabin was clean and just like pictures! We enjoyed our stay. It is a quick trip to downtown Gatlinburg and easy drive. We stayed in one night and the local pizza restaurant delivered to us. Definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at BearView. There were beautiful views, and more bear sightings than my husband appreciated. Rebecca was quick to respond to my queries, and quickly solved the minor problem we had with the wi-fi. It was a lovely stay.

Great place! i

This is a great place with perfect views! The place ws very clean! The place was spectacular with cleanliness! The fire places wouldnt start at first, messaged them and they answered even offering to send the matnice tech out in the am, but we were able to fix it. The piolet light was out and we lit them and it worked the entire time! Hot tubs was nice!they do leave 2 rolls of toliet paper and 2 garbage bags any more, u need to supply your own. The kitchen has everything u need There are even a few storage containers for left overs! There is a keurig coffe pot and pot duo. Dishwasher worked great! We LOVED having the main level porch screened in for bugs! We wished the hot tub porch was screened in! Haa. We did see 3 bears. 1 climbed the tree outside the porch! We did hear a mouse in the badement wall, but never seen any. PARKING was the only problem we had. We had a Toyota Hylander and RAV4. Parking so so tight anything bigger would not fit at all. We had to play musical cars the entire time. And people had to get out of the cars to guide us to park. We were not aware of this before we got there. U are parallel parking next to the fences. It will not fit more than 2 smaller cars. We would not have been able to fit 2 suvs at all. Other than that we loved this place! And the owners are very very responsive and nice and helpful! 10 mins from downtown!

Amazing view

Amazing view of Gatlinburg! We enjoyed the house and loved the balcony and pool table. The road to the house made me nervous but it was worth it. We would definitely stay here again. it.

Great home and view!

This home was perfect for our family of four, and the view of Gatlinburg was beautiful! With three floors we could spread out and have our own spaces. The teens enjoyed the pool table while we really liked the screened in porch. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but it looked nice and clean. The home was about a 7-8 minute drive up from Gatlinburg which made it perfect for access to the town as well as the National Park. The owner was super responsive. Would stay again!

Bear View

Bear View is an excellent choice if you want to be near the parkway in gatlinburg but far enough to have peace and quiet. We enjoyed our visit and in fact got to see a few bears near the house! The view was lovely from the back deck.
