“We had a wonderful stay! The property itself is absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained. The location is perfect—it’s an easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg and all the main attractions, which saved us a lot of hassle with parking. What really made the difference, though, was the staff; everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!”

“Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable for us. There is parking in the property but fyi, you will be charged $15 per night, not sure that was clear in the desperation of the hotel. We walked to a lot of places in Gatlinburg from the hotel so it is in a convenient location.”

“The staff were very nice and welcoming. Even the house keepers were so sweet and friendly to our family. Our rooms were very clean and the atmosphere of the hotel was very peaceful. Thank you for a great experience. ”

“I have stayed here a number of times with my daughter and it is perfect for us. Short walk to downtown Gatlinburg (although there are a lot of steps on the way back!) and far enough for a wonderful view of the Mountain scenery. I recommend it highly. ”

“Worth the price. Not brand new but they keep it up nicely. Curfew isn’t enforced too strictly. Other than that it was a good stay for our family ”

“We didn't even get to stay. They canceled our reservation before we even got there. As they were pulling up the reservation to try to reinstate it, they informed us pets were not allowed. I booked this property with the understanding that they were. We ended up staying at the microtel around the corner. ”
