“Perfect ”

“We had a wonderful stay! The property itself is absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained. The location is perfect—it’s an easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg and all the main attractions, which saved us a lot of hassle with parking. What really made the difference, though, was the staff; everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!”

“Parking easy, safe, secure. Beautiful rooms with fridge and microwave. Soft warm beds. Great heat/AC. Perfect location, great value, quiet and cozy. Would 100% recommend.”

“Stayed several times over the years. Property is beginning to show signs of wear. Overall, nice property but the FF&E could use replacing. Stayed in suite, but tables and other surfaces scratched or chipped. Paid $18.00 per night to park on top of room rate of $259 ( Expedia). Great view from the 15th floor and extra room was nice. Will probably look around at other options next time. ”

“Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable for us. There is parking in the property but fyi, you will be charged $15 per night, not sure that was clear in the desperation of the hotel. We walked to a lot of places in Gatlinburg from the hotel so it is in a convenient location.”

“Very clean room, soft beds, wonderful pillows, excellent showers. The indoor pools were a little cold, and strong chlorine smell. Staff was wonderful, very pleasant. I would come back again, and do recommend. Walking distance from the main drag is a huge plus! ”
