“Everyone nice. Rooms are nice for the price and not being "corporate." This is definitely a family owned place, thus, the reason for staying here in comparison to giving money to corporate. Some issues with keyless entry and elevator but not a deal breaker. Some rooms are getting renovated.”

“Everyone here from the staff to the other guests were amazing. The only thing that happened that could be considered negative was the elevator broke down while we were on it and wouldn't open its doors. We called the front desk from a cell phone and they immediately jumped into action to ensure we were ok with our baby and that the elevator was back up and running in a timely manner. I will not fault them for the elevator as it was not their fault and we were only stuck on it for approximately 2...

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“Front desk staff and bar were polite and helpful. I had a do not disturb on my door and when I opened the door I had clean towel sets in a bag. Normally I would have to go down stairs and ask but not here. It close to the convention center and the strip. Would definitely recommend.”

“ Wry little water pressure in the sink, other than that we had no problems, staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking. Which we were surprised since we were there on a weekend. ”
