“One of the best hotels we've stayed at. Location excellent. Felt like a valued customer despite only staying one night. Had an issue in the room which was resolved and compensated by staff. It's quite expensive, and drinks were too, but the overall experience is first class.”

“The staff were friendly and it was pretty clean. They had a pretty small fridge in the room that could keep very few things. The bathroom was very tiny. The room was fairly clean. Kept finding long black hairs everywhere. It was really hot in the room even when the air was turned to the lowest setting. “The staff is great. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s in the middle of everything. It’s great for parking. I enjoyed breakfast every morning. My only real complaint was that there was no hot water the last morning I was there. I mean literally none. They were working on it which means at times I had no water at all at times.”

“I would definitely come back. We were so close to everything. We didn’t have to worry about barking we could walk and enjoy everything nearby, including the aquarium right across the street. We will absolutely be back.”

“Our refrigerator had no shelves or racks to hold items and didn’t feel cold enough for leftover food storage. We tried several settings to no avail. We left a night early because we were invaded with ants. It was our last night so instead of packing up to change rooms, we just decided to drive home. We were very disappointed as it was our first time staying there.”

“I'm not a fan of the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area to begin with, so that probably effected my ratings. They both try so hard to be the next Branson, and Gatlinburg is just too small of an area for that many people. Also, I discovered when we checked in that the hotel was hosting a high school cheerleading convention. Nearly 1,000 hyperactive teenagers everywhere you went in the property.
