“Do not EVER STAY at Holiday Inn Express in Gatlinburg. One of our worst experiences ever at any hotel we’ve ever been to. So many things I can’t even list them all but most importantly was the fact we were charged over three times the amount of what our actual rate was for our stay and they charged our card that amount three times. We still haven’t been refunded days later. We’ve been told multiple times we will be contacted by the owner, which has not happened days later. Probably have tried...

“I seldom complete reviews but the stark contrast between the attractiveness of this hotel and room (balcony, hot tub, fireplace) and the comfort of the mattress was stark. After hiking over 14 miles in the mountains, the mattress still felt like sleeping on the ground. I expect a better mattress from Hilton.”

“Our room was clean except the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped before our stay. We said something to the front desk about it and housekeeping came by and gave us fresh towels-not what we asked for. Other than the floor, it wasn’t a bad stay.”

“Loved the location, room was very clean and big. Parking was good, able to park right in front of our room, we were on bottom floor which was great for us. Staff was informative, told us not to leave food in car because of bears and we had friends staying somewhere else that they truck got attacked by bear. So good advice for us. Would definitely stay there again.”
